Hotel pulitissimo, con una posizione strategica e un rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero ottimo soprattutto per la Liguria.
Ha tutto quello che serve per poter trascorrere un bel soggiorno, che sia breve o lungo.
Quello che secondo me fa davvero la differenza però è sicuramente lo staff, sempre gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta, sin dallo scambio iniziale di mail informative subito dopo la prenotazione.
Lo staff di sala, poi, è davvero eccezionale!
Ho fatto presente che sono intollerante al lattosio e mi hanno dato una quantità enorme di alternative per la colazione e hanno cucinato tutti i piatti della cena a parte per me senza lattosio.
Davvero bravi!
