GREAT LOCATION AND STAFF - AVOID ROOM 418
Pros:

I likes the location , right next to the train station, however this comes with city centre noise , to be expected , and a lot of police presence

Cons:

Room 422- vile unsafe and disgusting , was moved to room 418 which had been recently refurbished

With Termini just a short walk away, the whole of Rome is accessible.
Pros:

The location itself would be fantastic, but alas the environment is not at all pleasant.
The staff is friendly, the rooms are cleand daily.

Cons:

Over all, the building would need some serious renovation. Drugs, homeless people, all seem to find their dwelling in every corner of the street.

I have back pain after one night sleeping there

The room was crappy and I ask for two beds and they weren’t prepared. It’s in a rough area. Thank goodness it was for only one night. WOULD NEVER GO THERE EVER

Cons:

Pulita, ma nulla piu’, direi che le foto non sono veritiere. Tralasciamo la fauna sociale che bivacca fuori dalla struttura stessa. Di cui non e’ responsabile l’hotel ma fa timore. Alla reception il personale non parla, in sostanza, italiano
