Very kind, friendly and efficient staff both at the reception and the breakfast room.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are serviced every day and the service also includes towel change every day. Both rooms and bathrooms are spacious
Very good Italian breakfast buffet with a wide variety of pastries and fruit. Coffee is very good as well.

Very spacious room. Don't let the first look of the entrance and hallway to the ancient lift deter you. The hotel is awesome with a nice lobby and plenty sitting space. Room is very clean and ample space with really large bathroom. Bed is comfy.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Will definitely recommend this hotel for short stays.

On the negatives; block out curtains would have been nice. Also while the hotel is in a very nice and quiet area, the rooms are not sound proof so you do hear noise from neighbouring rooms and hallway. Something to keep in mind for longer stays.

Recently,I had the privilege of staying at the Hotel Vittoria very close to the Principe Railroad Station.I stayed at the Vittoria for 4 nights.I enjoyed my room,I appreciated the nice breakfast,and I liked the hospitality of the Vittoria's staff. The staff helped me find my way to Genoa's delightful art museums(Bianco Palazzo,Rosso Palazzo,Frugone,Diocesan,Saint Augustine)and awesome cathedral.

Nice hotel although somewhat difficult to get to the actual hotel and rooms. Staff was great and carried my bag up the stairs to the elevator.

great hotel near the centre and we got sea view! Nice room and bathroom, with all its needed for a multiple days stay. Really suggested as it is close to the station and theold town with all its charming narrow road and old houses

Sehr gute Lage für eine Städtereise.

Its a little hard yo find the entrance for first time visitor. Staff was very friendly. PARKING WAS UP HILL nd two bocks away. 22.50 per day. Very a cenic city with lots of sites in walking distance.

hotel ligt in een hoekje verscholen en springt niet direct in het ook wat het niet zo gemakkelijk maakt om het te vinden.
Is een verouderd hotel, doch met doet zeker de moeite om het netjes te houden.
ontvangst was heel hartelijk en vriendelijk.
wel foutje in de communicatie omtrent beschikbaarheid/betaling parking
