It was worse experience of my life. Horrible dirty , in the reception they were unfriendly, they gave me wrong information, they said I will share the room with other women only and then after I made the payment, I came back late in the night , 3 black guys sleeping that room. I had to take a taxi in the middle of the night and go to another hotel. The day after I came back to ask reimbursement, they were telling lies, impolite, doesn’t even speak Italian or English. They were trying to keep my money since I didn’t even Entered in that room for one minute or didn’t use any service there. I don’t suggest this hotel to anyone. And I will inform related organizations in Italy to check on this place. Even one star is worth it.

Room condition is good but the room doesn't has a air conditioner. and so I had a sleep with open window. uncomfortable sleep because near road.

Albergo buono per una notte, solo perché i materassi sono scomodissimi e si sente tanto il rumore del tram. La struttura è datata, i bagni comuni sempre puliti ad anche le lenzuola. All’interno della matrimoniale con bagno da condividere c’è box doccia e lavandino. Personale gentilissimo. Tutto sommato a me è servito per un appoggio e quindi è andato bene. Ad 1 km dalla stazione centrale e a due passi dalla metro porta Venezia.

Non era quello che mi aspettavo. Ma d'altronde per un dormitorio condiviso da 1 stella non ci si può aspettare molto

L' hotel è in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere qualsiasi zona di milano con metro e mezzi a 50/100m di distanza dalle fermate, personale gentile e disponibile, pulizia accettabile per il prezzo pagato. Servirebbero forse qualche presa in piu per la corrente vicino ai letti e qualche lampadina è non funzionante. Esperienza positiva e mi ritengo abbastanza soddisfatto in rapporto al prezzo pagato.

Staff sempre cordiale e disponibile, reception 24h. I servizi sono essenziali ma camere pulite e con toilette.
Area piena di negozi e ristoranti, vicinissima a metro e stazione.
Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Esperienza nel complesso positiva. La reception molto cordiale, se vi serve un letto economico vicino alla stazione centrale lo consiglio. Ero in stanza singola. Le stanze condivise ho visto che sono spaziose. Coerente con 1 stella non aspettatevi di più.

No aria condizionata no ventilatore e finestre chiuse per rumore esterno e da condividere in 4 lettini in una stanza... ho dormito su una sedia in portineria perchè finestra aperta si respirava almeno anche se ogni 2x3 suonavano il campanello... esperienza pessima

The location is good right in the heart of town, close to restaurants, laundrette nd easy walk to the train. The room was clean but decor is in need of an update. The reception staff were friendly and helpful enough. There were a few quirky rules like insisting on us leaving our room key behind each time we went out (which we didn’t) and we had to haggle for the air con remote control being asked why we needed it (it was only handed over after my husband insisted on it). The comings and goings of other guests woke us up several times. I felt safe with my husband there but if I was travelling on my own I might have chosen some where else.

Very good hotel for the price paid. Central location.

This hostel is situated on noisy street, so don't expect to have a good nap there. Shared bathroom is in the corridor and looks very old. The price is too expensive for such service and without breakfast.
Location is suitable and close to metro and city center and this is the only positive thing about it.

Note that it is B&B and not a hotel. The location is good enough next to the metro and city center. The sign of the hostel is small so it will take you few minutes to be sure you are in the right place. The stuff is good. Check in is so easy and it is 24 hours check in, arrived there at 3 a.m. The bathrooms are somehow small with soap and shampoo. Also, towels are available. The beds are comfortable. If you open the windows there is a nice breeze, so no problem in hot weather. I was in a three-bed room, it was okay. A small balcony with a nice view of the street. There is no Kitchen to cook. And you have to wake up on time for the breakfast. The accommodation price is on budget. As you can see it is suitable for staying up to three days at most. But still, it was a convenient place to stay in while for a short visit to Milan.

Stayed two nights at a single bedroom room. The double bed was a combination of two separate single mattresses, which drifted apart every two seconds - not a good feeling when you are with your soulmate. Only one towel per person, no shampoo or body gel. The personnel was kind and lovely. I would not choose this place again. Oh wait - the location was perfect - 2 mins from a Metro with which you get in 5 to the city center. At the end it is matter of what you are looking for.

This was the first hostel I ever stayed in and it was a bad introduction. The first problem was how small the sign was so it was not easy to find. The hostel bathrooms were not clean. The place is pretty small and has no common area so you will be very limited if you want to meet other travelers.

The staff was ok and you get a free towel. This was one of the worst hostels I stayed at in 6 months of backpacking Europe and also one of the most expensive.

Avoid if you can find something better
