Nice hidden gem with spacious rooms
Pros:

The location is perfect to experience Nice and surrounding towns, as it is 10 minutes walk to the station and 5 minutes walk to the sea. The room is spacious enough and the bathroom was good enough.

The room was filthy and dilapidated, there were stains all over the furniture and the floors with a severely unpleasant smell throughout the entire hotel.
The hotel is incredibly outdated, overpriced and by no means a four star hotel.
