Séjour confortable et emplacement idéal
Pros:

Hôtel très charmant, situé en plein centre, avec un personnel à l’écoute. Le bar à oreillers est très agréable et permet de choisir celui qui convient le mieux pour préserver ses cervicales. Le petit-déjeuner est agréable, avec un bon choix de produits. Un parking se trouve également à proximité.

Cons:

La camera prestige che mi hanno assegnato era tutt'altro che prestige. Era collocata al piano terra, di fianco all'ufficio della direzione, quindi presumo che sia stata ricavata da locali precedentemente adibiti ad uso ufficio. Le finestre si aprivano direttamente sulla strada e chiunque passava poteva vedere dentro la stanza oltre ai rumori di auto e passanti durante la notte. Quindi l'unica vista era la strada essendo la camera proprio a quel livello. L'arredamento non era da "prestige". Muri e soffitto da tinteggiare. Si salvava solo il bagno anche se il water si trovava in una stanzetta separata dal resto del bagno! Sul sito web dell'hotel si vedono le camere prestige che sono totalmente diverse da quella che mi è stata assegnata. Ho prenotato una camera prestige, ho pagato per una camera prestige, ma la camera non era prestige. Trattato veramente male!

Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder !

Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend .

Cons:

Die Duschtrennwand hat sich nach einem Tag ausgehängt. Ich hab's nicht gemeldet, in der Annahme, dass das Zimmerpersonal das in Ordnung bringt, ist allerdings nicht passiert.

Дуже маленький номер для 4-зіркового готеля . Не було халатів, які були заявлені на сайті. Не було капців. Не зручно розташований чайник та нема приліжкової тумби . Погано прибрали.

Great to be a bit away from the Promenade but close to all sites and facilities.

Atendimento dos funcionários , café da manhã, localização…

Cons:

Serviço de quarto. A reposição dos utensílios aos hóspedes (café solúvel, chá, limpeza de xícaras e copos usados pelos hóspedes, sabão de banho…. ), falta procedimentos, check list para a limpeza dos quartos e assim não esquecer os itens.
