The hotel experience was very disappointing. The rooms felt shady and uncomfortable, and the main entrance was locked 24/7, which is very unusual and inconvenient. Every time you want to go outside, you have to hand over your keys, which is not safe at all since guests may have important belongings in their rooms.

The room itself was extremely dark and poorly maintained. There was not even basic drinking water provided. The bathroom was in bad condition, with water accumulating in the shower area, indicating poor drainage. Overall cleanliness was clearly neglected.

I would not recommend this hotel due to poor security practices, lack of basic facilities, and unacceptable hygiene standards.

The staff was unhelpful and later provided false information to Booking.com, claiming I 'left without cooperating.' In reality, I stayed in the lobby for an hour and contacted support at 10:10 AM (I have the timestamp). They refused a refund for the second night despite their service failure. Avoid this place if you value honesty and basic facilities.
