Lovely hotel ideal location. Great stay
Pros:

Perfect location. Have stayed before and staff are very nice and most have been there for few years.
Breakfast very nice
Rooftop pool area lovely

Just a little blip but fab hotel in good location!!

Perfect location, clean and tidy.

Cons:

A little blip when we arrived - an external Maintenance guy let himself into our room whilst I was getting dressed, as he had left his phone on charge in our room and tried to deny it when we approached management about it saying we had let him in. After a lengthy conversation with the contractor the newly appointed manager apologised for the incident, offered reassurance that we and are belongings in the room were safe and provided breakfast free of charge.

Couldn’t fault this hotel - will be back!
Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The beds were the comfiest we’ve ever had. Despite being on the front the room was quiet as long as the patio doors were closed.
The breakfast room was classy and staff very attentive. Yes the buffet could have been a bit warmer, as some other guests have commented, but you can always order off the a’la carte and have something cooked fresh at no extra cost.
The rooftop pool area is small, but we always managed to get a sun bed. It’s clean and drinks are reasonably priced too.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Cons:

We had one night with some idiots running up and down the corridor outside our room, but I don’t blame the hotel for that - we English are a disgrace at times.

Pros:

The cleaner was super friendly and very good at her job.

Cons:

The bar staff in Agir diner ignored us if we wanted serving. They advertise parking but dont have any. They dont show bathroom photos because they dont have walk in showers which is useless for elderly or disabled people. They dont want mobility scooters on site.
