Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent as were the staff. We even had a telephone call the day before our arrival asking if we would like an early checkin. It was very easy to park within a very short walk. Montone is a beautiful town

Un weekend da sogno a Montone.
Sono stato nel meraviglioso borgo di Montone… e devo dirlo: uno dei più belli mai visti. Un luogo che ti entra nel cuore, tra storia, silenzi e panorami che parlano da soli.
Ho soggiornato alla splendida Locanda del Capitano, dove ho potuto davvero staccare e rigenerarmi.
E poi… il cibo.
Lo chef Giancarlo Polito è riuscito a trasformare ogni piatto in un’esperienza unica, sia alla Locanda che alla Osteria dei Sensi.
Qualità, ricerca, tradizione e creatività: un viaggio nella cultura gastronomica umbra davvero straordinario.
Complimenti a tutto lo staff per la cordialità, la gentilezza e l’accoglienza impeccabile.
Consigliatissimo a chi cerca bellezza, relax e cucina d’eccellenza!

I letti e il bagno andrebbero aggiornati. Molto bello il ristorante, bravo lo chef ma i piatti andrebbero spiegati meglio

A marvellous place to stay when exploring central Italy

A good village to visit with a surprisely number of good restaurants for an evening meal.
