Not at all a 3 star, more like a 1 star.
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

No WiFi, no kettle in room, no facilities in room at all, show was very hard to get temperature right, shower head in a strange position made it hard to shower. Bed and covers very uncomfortable. Extra 12 euros a day for parking.

Massive room, very clean, lovely staff, near the beach..Great value for money

Cons:

Unfortunately due to the location there is no parking outside so you have to get lucky with finding parking outside or be prepared to walk a little

Fijn rustig hotel voor een schappelijke prijs
Pros:

Kleinschalig hotel, vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt voor ons voldoende keus alleen vers fruit te weinig. iedere dag partjes sinaasappel , verder niets.
In de cafetaria van het hotel heerlijke koffie👍cappuccino 1.30€ dus prima prijs
Huurfietsen mochten we binnen in het hotel stallen voor de nacht.

Cons:

Het zwembad, aan de overkant. Niet heel gezellig ook geen gebruik van gemaakt

A very nice and long established hotel in a First Class location and ideal for those on a budget.
Pros:

Breakfast room was good but hot food was not and sometimes there was scrambled egg other times not and bacon undercooked, toaster takes an age to get up to heat and could be better if switched on and ready before guests arrive for their food, staff always very polite and attentive. Room cleaning service was excellent.

Cons:

Toaster slow to warm up as mentioned above. Shower head was old and needs changing

God valuta for pengene, hvis du ikke betaler for rom med terrasse får du rom med luftebalkong.
Pros:

Mye for pengene. Bra hjørnerom i 2 etg. m/terrasse og bord m/2 stoler. Vann og 1 fl Cava gratis på rommet.

Cons:

Den mannlige resepsjonisten opplyste om at balkong og terrasse ikke er det samme her. Balkong er kun et gitter foran vindu (luftebalkong), mens terrasse er med bord og stoler. Her er det derfor rom for misforståelser når man bestiller.
