Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff, but with some technical and location-related drawbacks.
Pros:

The staff were very pleasant and always helpful. They kindly agreed to an early check-in as our flight arrived very early, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was good for a three-star hotel , no luxury options, but tasty and enough to feel full. The room was clean, with daily housekeeping. The bathroom was very spacious. A big plus was the ventilation and air conditioning system in the room , you can control the temperature yourself, which made the stay very comfortable.

A special thank you to the receptionist from Uruguay, he was incredibly kind and welcoming. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name, but he truly made our arrival special.

Cons:

The location did not feel very safe, especially at night, you can meet some strange people in the area. Our windows faced an inner courtyard, which created a strong echo. In the room, only three sockets were working: one in the bathroom, one for the fridge, so effectively there was only one available for use. The bathtub was leaking due to the poorly designed shower cabin, and water was flowing out onto the floor.

Struttura alla notte c'è rumore e nonostante abbia preso una camera confort superior per lasciare un poccolo bagaglio a mano prima del check in e dopo il check out ho dovuto pagare entrambe le volte , mai successo che ho visitato tutte le 27 capitali dei paesi auropei

Cons:

Hab ein taxi bestellt zur Abreise am Tag davor.
Hab 35 € dafür zahlen müssen nur fürs reservieren.
Das fand ich garnicht gut.
