Sehr schönes Hotel, super freundliches Personal. In unserer Suite wurden wir mit eisgekühlen Flasche Champagne empfangen. Die Suite hatte 2 Terassen mit Blick zum Park. Auch der Pool war super. Alles zusammen ein super Holtel was eher den Flair eines 5 Sterne Hauses hatte.

Pros:

We enjoyed Medano as a location to start the holiday - buzzy little town which had a festival while we were there. The hotel was right in the heart of it, and we loved getting in to the sea from the sun deck. Finally found a parking spot quiet a few blocks away and had to push the case through the busy pedestrian areas. Our triple sea view room was looking back over to the harbour, and was nice.

No nos ha gustado que el aire acondicionado hace muchísimo ruido. Imposible descansar bien. Tampoco nos ha gustado el horario de apertura de la piscina y el bar de la piscina. Cierra excesivamente temprano, a las 20:00 y a las 19:00 respectivamente, en pleno agosto... El bar del hotel cierra a las 23:00, creo que también cierra demasiado pronto.

Si nos ha gustado la comida, el servicio y el personal, muy amable y cercano. Las instalación son preciosas.

Hotel Taburiente, Santa Cruz - Excellent
Pros:

Our stay as a couple was excellent. There were only a couple of minor things that we found not good was that there were no where reachable to hang your bath towels, there was no soap dish in the bathroom and also there were no places to hang up dresses and longer items of clothing. Other than those few things everything was fantastic - 100%. The food was superb. We definitely would recommend this hotel and we would stay here again.

Pros:

The only issues I had were that there was a malfunctioning toilet flush, which meant I had to turn it off manually. Also the room was humid pand the air-conditioning did not seem to work. But opening the window helped a lot.

Pros:

Supongo que me tocaría la única habitación así, pero falta de presión en la ducha (deberían revisarlo porqué en el lavabo llega bien), y plato de ducha que requiere un saneamiento. Por lo demás bien.
