We loved it and hope to return
Pros:

The hotel is situated right next to the Park .
There are plenty of bars, restaurant and cafes in the surrounding area.
Our room was clean and bright and the bed was very comfortable .
It was a bonus to have a bath in the bathroom !
The roof top pool area was lovely ,the pool was pleasantly warm and the hot tub was hot
There was plenty of different seating in the pool area including parasols and the views were amazing .

Que avisamos que el aire no enfriaba, y limpiaron el filtro, pero quedó igual. Sé algo de aires acondicionados y me parece que eso no era lo correcto de hacer, el resto fue genial. Gracias.

Piacevole rientro dopo una giornata intensa a Tenerife
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda e centrale. Disponibili acqua e infusi all’arrivo.
Molto apprezzato il bicchiere di prosecco sul rooftop vicino alla piscina.
Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Bassa insonorizzazione delle stanze.
Non c’è parcheggio privato ma a 3 minuti di camminata si trovano due parcheggi multi piano interrati 24h.

A lovely stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Rooftop is such a highlight!

Cons:

We did have a room to the side of a street that had big bins that were collected each night and it was a bit noisy. But not something that can be controlled and only for a few minutes.

Pros:

Struttura pulita e in una posizione strategica. Colazione ottima e abbondante con anche alternative senza glutine. Comodo il parcheggio (al costo di 10 euro al giorno) perché in zona è molto difficile da trovare

Cons:

Camera piccolina e con porta del bagno difettosa. Gli ultimi 3 giorni siamo stati svegliati molto presto tutte le mattine perché hanno iniziato a fare dei lavori di ristrutturazione senza né avvisare né scusarsi con i clienti.

L’hôtel est très bien placé, tout est propre et confortable, accès à la pisicine, jacuzzi et salle de sport toute la journée, personnel agréable

Cons:

Quelques difficultés à trouver une place de parking le soir dans le centre ville de Santa Cruz mais il y a un parking privé à 12€ la journée
