Otelin konumu çok merkezi, birçok restaurant, cafe ve fırınlara çok yakın. Resepsiyon görevlileri çok kibar ve yardımsever. Ilk verilen oda küçük olduğu için daha büyük bir oda talep ettik. Nicole hemen yardımcı oldu ve oda değiştirdik. Sultana çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Sonraki seyahatimizde yine tercih edeceğiz.

The staff did everything they could to please us and more! But they were understaffed and working under bad conditions as they were having work done on the hotel.
They offered us a free breakfast since it was my daughter's birthday and put balloons in the room for fun.
Because they were putting in a new air conditioner they gave us a fan which helped a lot.
The staff were exceptionally attentive to our every demand and very welcoming.
Of course the room was lovely, and very clean.

We feel that the management should have warned us about the work that was taking place in advance. We also feel that they are understaffed and need to hire more people.

Property was essentially located easy to get to our sightseeing destinations. The bed was very comfortable. Room was small, but that’s to be expected in Paris. Our room had a very small balcony facing the street. Please note elevator is very small. It’s two people and maybe they’re luggage.
The balcony was very small, difficult to actually sit at the table and enjoy a coffee.
And at night, the noise from the bars was a little annoying. But we were so tired from walking around Paris, we were able to fall asleep.
We spent a week in Paris and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hotel Britannique! It is a charming boutique hotel in a wonderful area of the First. The staff was incredibly helpful as well as so friendly! The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. We have stayed here about 10 years ago and liked it then. The room was good and service was ok but our room faced Avenue Victoria which was noisy. There is a late bar opposite which we had to wear ear plugs at night to block out the noise. This wasn't a big problem. We were woken up at 7am by very loud construction noises as part of the hotel is being refurbished. It would have been more considerate to not start construction activities until 8am. When I mentioned this at reception, the lady just said, "yes they were putting in air conditioners this morning.". She didn't offer an apology which was disappointing. If you are looking to book a room, make sure it doesn't face the Avenue Victoria.
