This was our first visit to Paris to celebrate our 18th Wedding Anniversary and the Hotel Britannique made our stay even more pleasurable. From the moment we booked our hotel via Hotels.Com we were in touch with the hotel and Adelina looked after us via e-mail to make sure everything was correct. When we finally arrived at the hotel before check in, we were allowed to leave our bags so that we could take in the Parisian sites before checking in. The staff who I cannot remember all the names were excellent and nothing was a bother to them at all. All of the staff should be highly recommended for wanting to go that little extra to make your stay as enjoyable and as comfortable as possible. We booked a deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the main street and the room was very clean, comfortable and well presented with tea and coffee making facilities, a hair dryer and a safe in the wardrobe. There was ample room in the wardrobes for all of our clothes and the room was cleaned to perfection every morning.
I can honestly say, this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at in Europe and we have been to many countries but never had the level of service that we had from the Hotel Britannique.
Well done to all of the staff and to the owners on making our first Paris trip so memorable.

The announced room size (15 m2) was far from what we had: it was a tiny room! The whole hotel looks like needing renovation.
Beautiful hotel in Paris. Excellent location, the decoration of the hotel is very nice ... but the best thing about the hotel is the kindness of its staff Nicole and Tenzin. They helped us in everything and gave us excellent recommendations to visit Paris.
Very nice, small hotel with lovely rooms and very nice and helpful staff. Perfect location for visting Paris. Very close to metro „Chatelet“ with a lot of connections and in walking distance to Notre Dame and Louvre.
The hotel is small and cosy and very lovingly furnished. We will be back for sure!

Fantastic location, so many things to do within easy walking distance and a really good breakfast at reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful when we wanted to add an additional night on.
The junior suite is fantastic for families, the couch folds out into two separate single beds which was perfect for our 8-year-old twin girls who would otherwise wriggle around and annoy each other. The room is a decent size for a European hotel so we never felt like we were on top of each other.
Would definitely stay here again.
Staff were amicable, very efficient and couldn't do enough for us. Accommodation was superb and was exactly to our requirements.This was our second visit and we will back again. Location is ideal.
