Персонал просто превосходен! Я попросила заехать раньше так как приехала в 11 утра и не хотелось гулять по Парижу с сумками , на что очень дружелюбный мужчина сказ что я могу заехать в 12:30 так же как и выехать ( я этого не просила). Апартаменты чистые но немного маловаты, ну что уж это всё таки Париж😅. Также когда у меня возникла проблема с двойной оплатой отеля, мне быстро помогли её решить.

Pros:

L’accueil de Sultana a été très agréable, elle s’est montrée à l’écoute et désireuse de rendre notre expérience magique. L’hôtel est charmant et très bien situé. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
