Regarding the elevator, please note that some of our rooms, especially those with the most scenic views, are located on the 5th floor. The hotel met our expectations: in comfort, location and the friendliness of the staff
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for purposes of the trip.

Cons:

The hotel is in the process of renovations which I think is needed and once completed it should take care of the details that I felt needed attention. My one complaint was the noise factor - my request to have a room with minimal noise from the street was met but the cleaning staff were in the hallway early which is not an issue but due to construction and crack under the door, it was very loud.

Buena opción por ese precio, a cinco minutos de Cascais en tren
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, cerca de la playa y de estación de tren. La atención es muy buena. En general es correcto para un hotel de dos estrellas por ese precio. Está sufriendo reformas y creemos que mejorará con el tiempo. El desayuno está bien, sin excesiva variedad.

Cons:

Fue difícil encontrar un enchufe para cargar el móvil.
Quizá otro inconveniente, que realmente no es culpa del hotel, es que unas obras cercanas han eliminado la acera y se hace peligroso llegar andando desde calle abajo.

Very central hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good a good selection and choices of bread, coffee, cereals , fruits etc.
The staff in the reception were very helpful, kind and welcoming. The hotel is very central, just few minutes from the train station.

Not the best, but Good and clean, if youre looking for something cheap its good

It was clean, good airconditioning and nice view with balcony.

Cons:

The food selection was poor, and it is kinda what you get for the rating, but the 24/7 working staff made it accessible for service throughout the day and night.
