Great location & lovely hotel!
Pros:

Great welcoming staff, lovely room and beautiful view from the front facing rooms of the hotel. Great location just 10 mins from the centre of Cortina but therefore much quieter and more picturesque views/ambience. We didn’t eat here but food looked good from what we saw.

Cons:

Das Personal bis auf wenige Ausnahmen entweder unfreundlich oder unfähig. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, Essensbereich ebenso.

Nie wieder.
Pros:

Nichts.

Cons:

An der Unterkunft hat uns nichts gefallen.
Das Bad war sehr schmutzig.
Einen Nachlass auf den Zimmerpreis gab es nicht, weil wir über booking.com gebucht haben.
Wir sollten uns morgens beim Check out ein Getränk an der Bar holen aus Wiedergutmachung.

Als Hotelgäste verfolgten wir das Finale der Champions League auf dem Fernseher in unserem Zimmer, Start 18:00. Da die Entscheidung erst im Penaltyschiessen fiel, erreichten wir das Restaurant um 21:05 Uhr. Das die Küche beziehungsweise das Restaurant bereits um 21:00 Uhr geschlossen hatte – und dies an einem Samstagabend –, empfanden wir als wenig gästefreundlich. Immerhin wurde uns als Alternative noch ein Toastsandwich serviert, das geschmacklich überzeugte....

Has great views outside

Cons:

The facilities need refurbishing and the staff needs to be trained. Telephone system are down. Hallway are dark. Lift broke down multiple times. And the cafeteria staff during breakfast time did not refill the empty trays in time.
