Joyful hotel in magnificent Biarritz!

A wonderful Biarritz getaway
Pros:

Location, first of all, near the beach. The staff was extremely kind and helpul. The landscape was incredible.

Cons:

The lift was quite small and out of order from time to time.
There was one unlucky incident during my stay. I found ants everywhere in the room early morning but they changed my room eventually which I very much appreciated. It was partly my fault, as I forgot to throw away some food and apparently thatt triggered the ants' invasion.

Great stay
Pros:

The location staff and hotel were great and we had an issue with the air conditioning and the staff were very helpful and accommodating in fixing the issue. The proximity to the beaches and restaurants was perfect and the breakfast was just what we needed

Pros:

Staffs is super nice, always be attended. Room service is superb and the breakfast is good too. Really close to the beach and local market. And the AC works!

Great location and a lovely place to stay!

I really enjoyed staying here - the staff were wonderful and welcoming and the room was ideal! Very clean and comfortable with everything you could wish for including a fridge!
