Great stay.
Pros:

This is a gem two minutes walk from Napolean Square. Staff is totally great, all speak English, helpful, friendly, Great breakfast buffet, Totally exceded expectations. Stay was just fantastic, Cant recommend enough

Charming little hotel inside the Lucca wall. Wonderful staff and breakfast. Lovely rooms.
Pros:

This was one of my favorite lodgings of our 3-week trip. The hosts were warm and helpful, the breakfast was terrific, the coffee good, and the location fantastic. I liked the decor which was charming and just a little quirky. We even had a little balcony where we could hang our hand laundry.

I can't think of anything.

Pros:

Amazing staff, very personable and always going the extra mile to make the stay exceptional.
The room is spacious, with comfy mattresses and a lovely balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard.
The location is great, close both to the train station and to the heart of the town.
And the breakfast exceeded all expectations)

Pros:

Ho soggiornato una sola notte in coppia. Tutto perfetto: camera spaziosa; bagno con vasca idromassaggio e doccia ampia; pulizia e gentilezza del personale; colazione dolce e salata, con diverse scelte. Posizione centralissima all’interno delle mura, ma silenziosa; parcheggio a pagamento, vicino alla struttura. Consigliato.
