Pros:

a equipe do Albergo é sensacional, nos sentimos muito acolhidos, o ponto alto é café da manhã, produtos frescos e selecionados, café feito na hora, o melhor que a Itália tem a oferecer, achei incrível, o quarto era silencioso, muito grande, novo, cama ótima, banheiro possui toalheiros que facilitam a vida do viajante, ficamos vários dias hospedados, o local era realmente aconchegante, foi nossa lua de mel. possui aquecimento (viajamos no inverno e foi muito bom) e também ar condicionado (para quem viaja no verão), tem frigobar no quarto o que também nos ajudou bastante no armazenamento de água e outras bebidas, eles oferecem a venda de alguns produtos a um ótimo custo no frigobar.

Cons:

não temos nada a reclamar, o local era muito bom, nosso quarto ficava no segundo andar e não tem elevador, mas são apenas alguns lances de escada e foi fácil subir e descer, a escada tem um tamanho bom, não é estreita ou inclinada como em várias acomodações que já visitei pela Itália, para uma cidade centro histórico achei bem moderno.

From the moment I arrived to the morning I left I felt very welcome.
Pros:

There was a very good choice for breakfast. A good selection of teas and coffees and juices. Very enjoyable breakfast. Location was excellent. Only a 15 minute walk to the station. Staff were lovely and welcoming

Pros:

Lovely friendly staff, first mini bar service included and drinks and snacks available 8 to 8! Breakfast was excellent. Room was toasty warm on arrival. Location was perfect for getting from the station, to parkrun and generally well placed - in a busy area but tucked away.

Cons:

Bed was slightly soft but comfy once we got used to it.
Lane to the hotel was a bit dreary but the hotel itself was lovely!

Pros:

È andato tutto molto bene, abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento in camera, ma sono stati bravissimi, hanno risolto il tutto entro la sera stessa.
