A lovely team and a good location for an overnighter
Pros:

We had a lovely overnight stop in July whilst paying through the area in our motorcycle.
We had good comms from the team, helping us locate the property and navigate the roads to the hotel.
We were greeted warmly and once unloaded, escorted to the parking area within the city. This is 2m walk and requires a key fob to gain entry, so despite having to leave the bike unattended, it was less of a worry than some other properties without on site parking.
The room was clean, comfortable and generally very nice. The building is an old building, so manage expectations a little.
We found the location excellent for exploring the city and were given good recommendations from the team.
We slept reasonably well and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Due to the age of the building, the air conditioning wasn’t the best, but it kept the temperature reasonable in the summer heat.
Our room was on the ground floor, and the door opened right onto the breakfast room. It was a good location for accessibility, but offered no protection from the sounds of the kitchen and the other guests during prep, cleanup or serving.

Hotel nel centro di Lucca stupendo. Persona gentilissimo e veramente accogliente, ho utilizzato anche il servizio per il parcheggio interno: veramente stupendo. Da ritornarci.

Pros:

Nonostante avessimo prenotato una camera matrimoniale standard, all’arrivo ci hanno assegnato gratuitamente la camera con la jacuzzi in bagno. Staff molto accogliente e simpatico. Ottima posizione, vicino alla cattedrale e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla porta san Pietro. Soggiorno molto piacevole.

Rundum sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Individuelles, liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel in ruhiger und zentraler Lage. Vom Bahnhof bestens zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Je retournerai l an prochain dans ce charmant etablissement
Pros:

Le fait que l etablissement soit tres bien situé à deux pas du festival summer lucca. Que ce soit trés coquet , que le personnel soit d une très grande gentillesse et que le petit dej soit au top

Cons:

Le seul petit bemol est le bip pour l accés au parking , apres 21h plus accès la reception est fermée et c est elle qui gère l unique bip

Cons:

Per me (per ora) non è stato un problema ma evidenzierei il fatto che le camere (molto confortevoli) sono al primo e secondo piano senza ascensore.
