L’accueil, la chambre , l’emplacement, la piscine , les équipements, les recommandations… tout était parfait. Merci. Nous avons passé qu’une nuit et c’est bien dommage. Nous reviendrons et nous recommandons votre établissement les yeux fermés 😊.

Es war alles super und wenn ich wieder in Giese Urlaub machen möchte, buche ich gerne wieder
Pros:

Der Empfang war super, mir wurde gleich beim entladen meines Motorrads geholfen. Sehr sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Mein Einzelzimmer war zwar klein aber modern sauber und sehr freundlich gestaltet und der kleine Balkon war ebenfalls super.

Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Freundliches Personal von Anfang an. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und wir konnten schon um 12 Uhr einchecken. Ein weiteres Plus ist der Pool mit gepflegtem Garten. Tolle Lage, zu Fuß ist man in 5 min an einem tollen Strand in rund 20-25 min in der Stadt. Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut mit großer Auswahl - Man konnte sogar einen frischen Saft pressen.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Wir wurden nett empfangen und konnten super parken. Der Pool war gepflegt und wir hatten viel Platz. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und abwechslungsreich.

We arrived at the hotel and were warmly welcomed by Roberto, who took care of us from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. He was always there for us, ready to help with every question and request throughout our stay.

The hotel was very clean, and the entire staff was kind, welcoming, and pleasant. We truly enjoyed our stay, and there is no doubt that we will come back again.

Pros:

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten zum Abweg. Großes neu renoviertes Zimmer&Bad. Betten super bequem, tolle Matratzen.
Pool schön, PP super. Lage sehr gut, Spar gegenüber, Strand in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hätte es noch Mehrkorn oder Vollkornbrot/brötchen geben können, aber das ist normal in Italien, dass es das nicht häufig gibt 🙂

Piacevole soggiorno
Pros:

Eccezionale l'accoglienza e la disponibilità da parte di tutto il personale. Una cortesia e una gentilezza davvero da sottolineare. Bellissima l'area esterna con piscina e vasca idromassaggio all'interno di un giardino davvero ben manutenuto. Struttura in generale molto pulita ed ordinata. Ottima la colazione, presenza di una comodissima area bar esterna.

Cons:

Stanza non ampissima ma ci sono presenti soluzioni anche di metratura maggiore e con balcone. La struttura dista circa 25 minuti a piedi dal centro di Malcesine: una passeggiata piacevolissima con un clima mite, un po' meno se la giornata si presenta molto afosa.
