Pros:

While we were in the garden, both my child and I were bitten by mosquitoes. There seems to be a mosquito infestation, and the hotel should really take some action to address this."

Odlican hotel, zanimljiv i lepo osmisljen, puno detalja, ljubazno osoblje

Pros:

La camera polo nord era molto carina, pulita, ai bambini è piaciuta tantissimo, dotata di frigobar, cassaforte, bollitore con bustine di the e caffè solubile a scelta, 1 bottiglia d'acqua, armadio, 2 tv e bagno abbastanza fornito, l'unica pecca è che mancavano degli appendiabiti per vestiti e/o accappatoi. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante a buffet, (non incluso nel prezzo della camera, ma comodo perchè non serve prenotare) ci siamo trovati molto bene, grande varietà di scelta e tutto buonissimo, personale molto cortese e attento a comunicare vari allergeni contenuti nel cibo, prezzo totale 126€ per 2 adulti e 2 bambini.

Cons:

Per l'alto prezzo pagato per una notte, secondo me potevano includere anche la colazione, purtroppo è tutto escluso, ho chiesto una spondina per il letto, me l'avrebbero data senza problemi al costo di 10€. Abbiamo poi fatto colazione al bar dell'hotel principale ed è costato 27,50€ per 2 cappuccini, 4 brioche e 2 succhi di frutta, l'alternativa era colazione a buffet al costo di 18 euro a persona.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’hotel Gardaland e le camere sono davvero magnifiche, molto belle e confortevoli. Tuttavia siamo rimasti delusi dall’orario di chiusura della piscina, fissato alle 19:30. Con questo caldo, c’erano 26 gradi.

Siamo stati al parco per tutta la giornata pensando di poterci rilassare e fare il bagno nella piscina dell’hotel al nostro ritorno. Purtroppo siamo riusciti a fare il bagno solo per 30 minuti, poi la piscina ha chiuso.

Inoltre, la colazione è molto costosa: 20 € a persona per una colazione, a nostro parere è davvero troppo cara.

Per quanto riguarda il parco Gardaland, le attrazioni sono divertenti ma durano davvero troppo poco: finiscono molto velocemente e non durano abbastanza a lungo, il che è un peccato.
