Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Besonders die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der Reinigung haben hervorragende Arbeit geleistet. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, ebenso das Zimmer, die Bettwäsche, die Decken und die Kissen. Auch der Frühstücksservice war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und waren mit der Sauberkeit und dem Service sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings hätte die Auswahl etwas größer und vielfältiger sein können. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants and bars.

Cons:

The room needed ventilation. There was only a door that opened to a balcony but once the door was opened there were lots of mosquitoes coming in. The place needs fly screens.

Excellent location. Accommodations better than most places I’ve been to in the area. Will be back. Clean well thought out rooms. Breakfast was better than anything I have had in the area. Staff very professional and very knowledgeable and friendly. Such a gem. I was fortunate to have found this place.

Cons:

Nothing, except I couldn’t fully appreciate breakfast. We had to get to the airport.

We stayed at Hotel La Scaletta for 1 night before our flight home. It's location across from the beach in Lido di Ostia was so convenient. The hotel staff was delightful and helpful. The room was very clean and breakfast was very nice. We would love to stay there again.

Cons:

We found nothing that we didn't like.
