Oltremodo deludente. Da un hotel a 4 stelle con piscina e in una suite ci si aspetta bene altro servizio.

All’arrivo l’accoglienza non è stata delle migliori. Subito hanno cercato di rifilarci una tripla al posto della suite familiare che avevamo prenotato, forse pensando che non ci saremmo accorti della sostituzione arbitraria.Alla nostra richiesta di avere la suite prenotata, il personale alla reception ha cercato di tergiversare e soltanto alla fine ci ha consenato la camera giusta.In camera non erano presenti il kit per la preparazione del caffè nè del tè , ma solo due bustine di zucchero, evidentemente avanzate da precedenti ospiti o chissà. Gli asciugamani non erano posizionati sul posto letto di ogni membro della famiglia ma tutti accatastati in bagno. Doccia idromassaggio ed aria condizionata non funzionanti, con temperature ambientali di luglio . Alla richiesta dell’uso della piscina ci sono state richieste ulteriori tariffe ed inoltre differenziate per il giorno ( venerdì, sabato, domenica) . Abbiamo avuto conferma che il servizio piscina fosse incluso , soltanto la sera prima della partenza, da altro personale.Il servizio in camera per due semplici caffè al mattino successivo all’arrivo , ci è stato negato e ha dovuto portarli su mio marito (!) …(visto che non era presente in camera) . La “gentilezza” del personale al momento della colazione del giorno successivo all’arrivo, in zona ad essa dedicata, ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Più tardi la stessa addetta reagirà con sorpresa ed impertinenza alla nostra richiesta di dove fosse l’area riservata della “lounge” descritta tra i servizi nel sito . ed inoltre alle nostre rimostranze, sempre educate e cortesi, sui vari disservizi sopra descritti, ci è stato risposto che la “governante “ avrebbe negato la “nostra versione” (!).

Musica altissima per una festa di compleanno fino alle 1.30 di notte, ma poi i partecipanti alla festa hanno continuato a fare molto chiasso nelle stanze vicino alla nostra fino alle 3 di notte. Abbiamo anche un bambino piccolo e sono dovuto uscire e litigare per farli stare calmi vista l' ora. Non è rispetto questo.

Sadly a disappointment
Cons:

Never slept in a more uncomfortable bed. Mattress was so worn out I slept in a massive dip. Tried the other side, even worse. Pillows were stones. Terrible night. No care at all for maintenance. Also breakfast nothing special. Considering the price it's really not worth it.

Hotel veramente molto bello e di gran lusso. Personale gentilissimo e a disposizione per tutte le esigenze. Il buffet della colazione può essere migliorato aggiungendo qualche dolcezza in più. Consigliatissimo
