So early check in is 50 Euro. The sink has zip ties holding it together, carpets are dirty, we found hair in our bathroom. Instead of compensation they offered to clean it. But that doesn’t help the inconvenience of me not being able to sleep until I shower. They offered Netflix but you can’t even login since the TV is not connected.
I mentioned the dirty bathroom & how we just got back from being out all morning. She said that she can’t tell we didn’t dirty the bathroom. I told her to check the lobby cameras and that will prove my point.
Never in my life have I been treated this poorly by a hotel. They have no compassion for issues, I have a 6am flight and I just wanted to shower and sleep.
I would not recommend this hotel due to slow service (restaurants), bad reception workers, lack of customer service, dated floors, dirty bathroom, uncomfortable pillows (you get 1 hard pillow).
If you want a sink that’s held together by zip ties, come to FlyOn!!
Only nice thing is it’s close to the airport but I rather pay the extra 10 euro.
Also I’m traveling with my mom we booked 2 beds they gave us a king.

The reason we booked was for the airport shuttle. It did not run when we needed it for our 6.30am flight and had to book a 20€ taxi. This was very disappointing.

Non abbiamo fatto colazione. La cena a pagamento era molto standard, nulla di che. Comoda la navetta per l’aeroporto, ma attenzione agli orari perchè non copre tutta la giornata.
Per il pagamento del parcheggio non ci avevano chiarito che, per avere lo sconto previsto dalla nostra offerta, dovevamo passare dalla reception prima di pagare; ci era stato solo detto di andare a pagare alla macchinetta al nostro ritorno. Così abbiamo fatto e abbiamo pagato il prezzo intero perdendo il vantaggio dell’offerta che avevamo scelto.
Il parcheggio ha un costo piuttosto elevato.

It is NOT possible to walk to/from the Airport.

Public bus to city centre only comes on request. We did 'request' .. but bus never came!
Hotel has zero charm, and quite dated .. 1990s feel. Everything is in shades of brown, so it's quite gloomy too.
Hotel<>Airport Shuttle Mniibus was totally unmarked so no way of identifying it! - we missed the last run of the day at 11.30pm and had to queue for a €20 taxi.

Für uns war es wichtig nahe am Flughafen zu sein und einen Shuttle vom Hotel zum Flughafen zu haben.
Está muy cercano al aeropuerto y el servicio de transfer funciona estupendamente (siempre y cuando te cuadre con la horas del vuelo, a nosotros nos venía perfecto). Nos dejaron dejar las maletas en recepción durante todo el día ya que llegamos por la mañana bastante antes del check-in y asi pudimos ver Bolonia sin preocuparnos. La habitación muy bien y el check-in fue rápido.
