It was terrible. The bed was really uncomfortable, the A/C didn’t work because they controlled the unit from the front desk, and did not allow it to go lower than 26. We complained several times and requested for them to change our room and after going to the front desk several times, they changed our room to another one.
The bathroom was terrible as well, dirty and very dated. The sink was clogged, the shower area was clogged. They didn’t have ice in the property. There was nothing good about this place, and to top it all off, I couldn’t get in contact with Booking.com to ask them to change my hotel. Terrible experience overall.

La stanza era molto carina, il personale gentile e il check in alle 11 anziché alle 10 come in altre strutture. Posizione ottima a Milano.
Il giardino era pieno zeppo di zanzare. Stavo attendendo l'arrivo di alcuni amici in giardino e sono stata completamente assalita da zanzare di ogni tipo. Presa dallo spavento di un possibile shock anafilattico sono dovuta risalire in camera a fare una doccia gelata in assenza di dopo puntura. Consiglio alla struttura di utilizzare delle candele alla citronella, spirali, lasciare a disposizione dei clienti uno spray anti-zanzare o, ancora meglio, di effettuare una disinfestazione perché non stare in giardino significa godersi la struttura a metà.

Para llegar al centro (duomo) había que pasar por zonas muy oscuras y que daban miedo. El segundo día tuvimos que cambiar la ruta, lo que hizo que la vuelta a casa fuera aún más larga y ya de por sí es un buen paseo.
Sweet sweet place
We arrived at BGY airport and took the bus to Centrale. Only 10-15 min walking distance from bus station. Very nice staff always helping, smiling and friendly.
The room was quite big and the bed was really comfortable.
Very quiet area and not far from subway station
Only shampoo for shower and little soap for shower but overall, everything was really good.

Muy buena ubicación añ edtar cerca de Milano Centrale y a la vez linda zona y segura, con lugares oara cenar hasta tarde a dos cuadras y tranvía y buses cerca
El personal encantador sobre todo Benjamin quien estaba en las noches
La habitación era individual asi que el tamaño era justo pero igualmente muy cómoda para pocos días
