If you're advertising a late check-out, it is not OK to deny it on the last day without notice, after it has been confirmed at check-in. Just remove it from your offer if you aren't able to provide it, you are only ruining people's plans and their overall experience.
Opulent, Luxuary Hotel, staff are exceptional. The price is value for the quality.
Being English I would like to make tea and coffee in the room myself which you can´t in this hotel.
An incredibly clean hotel — the floors were spotless. The housekeeping service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were very welcoming, and above all, the location was outstanding.
The sound insulation was quite limited. I could clearly hear the guests in the neighboring room singing along to Bad Bunny (at least they have good taste). Additionally, noise from the room above was frequently noticeable, especially in the mornings
The location is great, and the hotel has a retro vibe that is really cool. Staff is really nice, we had a super smooth check in and check out experience. Rooms are quiet, I had a great sleep those days. Overall the service level is OK, completely in line with the price level.
WiFi in the room was really bad, I had to use my phone as a personal hotspot. In the lobby there's a short staircase to access one of the 2 elevators, so you have 50% chance of having to struggle with your luggage 😅
