Me gustó mucho la ubicación del Hotel y que enfrente tiene un bulevar con adientos, árboles, juegos para niños y mucha tranquilidad y que el check-out es a las 12hs. Sus instalaciones generales. Es un hotel de muy buena categoría. El personal muy amable, en la recepción nos atendió una joven chica rubia, que nos fue muy amables en recibirnos y darnos las indicaciones del hotel. También nos asesoro cuando le pedimos,ayuda en donde movernos a la hora del almuerzo y cena. Buscamos ir a comer a lugares en donde nos indico bien según nuestra necesidad.
Las habitaciones son grandes, solo tienen minibar. El hervidor de agua( Pava eléctrica) la tuvimos que pedir y nos la dieron. El desayuno bien completo como todo desayuno americano. Lo mejor es que el jamón crudo es verdaderamente Español. También destacar la buena atención en el buffet desayunador por parte de las personas que estan atendiendo y recibiendo. La muchacha rubia de pelo corto muy buena atención.
Tambien estuvo bueno que nos dejaron dejar las maletas hasta la tarde, tipo 17hs porque a 3sa hora nos teníamos que ir al aeropuerto.

Stanza comodissima e pulitissima
Es un hotel dónde he parado varias veces y me gustaba mucho, pero ésta ultima vez no fue así..
El personal que había atendiendo no era el de otras veces que estaba muy atento e involucrado. No tuvimos agua caliente en la habitación para ducharnos y ni nos echaron cuenta, solamente una empleada de la limpieza intentó resolverlo sin éxito.
Ne-a placut mult curatenia din camere si din hotel per total. Hotelul e chiar dragut, e aproape de metro, are magazine aproape si restaurante. Am putut lasa bagajele dupa ce ne-am decazat.
Camera in care am stat era la ultimul etaj si nu arata chiar foarte bine (probabil asa ne-a fost norocul) dar era curat si se facea zilnic curatenie, era si cald. Asta a fost singurul minus. Plus micul dejun 17 euro de persoana dar slabut, zilnic aceeasi mancare si lipseau niste ochiuri sau ceva care sa poti da si la un copil.
Επίσημη καταγγελία για την κράτηση 6880.508.675 Απαράδεκτες συνθήκες διαμονής. Σας ενημερώνω για μία εξαιρετική δυσάρεστη εμπειρία στο ξενοδοχείο Sercotel Gran hotel Conte Duque. Η διαμονή μας ήταν προγραμματισμενη για την 45 επέτειο γάμου μας,η οποία δυστυχώς καταστράφηκε. Αν και είχαμε ειδοποιήσει την ώρα άφιξης κτυπησαμε επανηλημμενα το κουδούνι μέχρι να μας επιτραπεί η είσοδος! 1ο Απαράδεκτη καθαριότητα: Υπήρχαν σκουπίδια στο καλάθι του μπάνιου από τον προηγούμενο χρήστη!!! 2ο Ο διανομέας του σαπουνιού στο νιπτήρα ( dispenser) ήταν χαλασμένος όσο και αν τον πίεζες οπότε χρησιμοποιήθηκε το σαμπουάν!!! 3ο Ανθυγιεινή ατμόσφαιρα: Υπήρχε μια απερίγραπτη δυσοσμία που έκανε την παραμονή μας στο χώρο αδύνατη προερχόμενη από το χώρο του μπάνιου!!!!!! Η κατάσταση αυτή μας προκάλεσε θυμό, έντονο στρες ταχυκαρδία 120 παλμούς !!! Το πρωί πήγα στη ρεσεψιόν και ζήτησα τον μάνατζερ του ξενοδοχείου ο οποίος δεν φάνηκε τελικά ούτε ζήτησε να μάθει τα προβλήματα...... Η χειρονομία τους να μας αλλάξουν δωμάτιο και να μας γράψουν ένα σημείωμα με δυο γλυκά, ήταν δυσανάλογη της βλάβης που υποστηκαμε, υγεία, ψυχική αναστάτωση, βρώμικο δωμάτιο!!!!! Παρακαλώ για την άμεση παρέμβαση σας και την εξεύρεση μιας δίκαιης λύσης καθώς αυτό που προπληρωσαμε δεν ήταν όσα παρασχέθηκαν στο ελάχιστο επίπεδο αξιοπρέπειας και της ψυχικής μας ηρεμίας!!!!
