Cons:

I found what looked like a bed bug one night. One week later I do not have a confirmation whether it was bed bugs or not, as i requested. I had to wash my clothes with 60° C and partially damage them just to avoid bringing an infestation back home.

Very poorly handled by booking.com as well as the hotel

All in all a great stay just what I needed, it’s very close to everything but still felt quiet and peaceful once inside.
Pros:

Very accessible, was allowed to check in early. I was left to my own devices and the staff were helpful when ni needed anything.

Cons:

The breakfast could be more extensive and the brew staff a bit friendlier.

Not the high standards we have experienced on previous stays in this hotel.
Pros:

We have stayed here several times before and we love the location and the rooms are very comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast room had a very strange smell. And unlike previous visits there seemed to be less staff working at breakfast. Also the lady on reception with glasses and long blonde hair has an extremely unpleasant manner in dealing with customers. Normally the staff on reception are very friendly and pleasant.

Very good with excellent staff. In a nice quiet suburb of Madrid.
Pros:

Beautifully furnished and nice ambiance.
Great breakfast with plenty of choice.

Cons:

I especially booked a triple room. Instead we were given a large double bed and a fold up bed, which was very small for our grandson.
The room was nicely furnished but I was disappointed that I wasn’t allocated what I had booked.

Lo reservé porque aceptaban mascotas y cuando llegué me dijeron que no podía dejar el perro en la habitación nunca sólo, ni para desayunar. Nunca me había pasado eso.
El trato y forma de decirlo fue un tanto desagradable

La presión del agua caliente es insuficiente y sobre todo el aire acondicionado no enfría.
