Ubicación muy buena. La limpieza. El desayuno muy bueno.
La iluminación bastante escasa. Por lo demás bien.
The room had a perfect view of the Puerta de Toledo; location is great and convenient, very close to the metro; the staff is very nice; the bed is super comfy, also the pillows and we found little touches in our room like violetas candies (which we love). We had a great stay!

Old hotel not suitable for elderly people as bath deep with shower hard to get into the bathroom needs walk in showers Breakfast is excellent
The location was fantastic,very clean and comfortable

Somo enganados com a informação do parque de estacionamento que não existe.
Os funcionários para além de poucos prestáveis não são simpáticos.

Se podía descansar muy bien: silencioso y las camas cómodas.
Estaba en muy buena ubicación, a solo 3 paradas en metro de Gran Vía. Y las camas y almohadas eran comodísimas.
El desayuno en relación calidad-precio no era lo esperado, ya que el café estaba aguado, había poca variedad de productos a escoger, el yogurt no era de buena calidad y el zumo no era natural ni se le asemejaba. A su favor diré que la bollería si estaba buena y el jamón serrano también.
