Un havre de paix au cœur de Venise
Pros:

Tout l’emplacement le personnel les chambres la décoration
Un véritable petit écrin de calme et de douceur dans le tumulte de Venise
Un personnel très à l’écoute et bienveillant qui prend le temps de discuter qui vous conseille sur le programme de la journée
Deux concierges de très bons conseils
Notre séjour a été au-delà de nos espérances nous avons rarement eu un service à ce niveau c’est génial du petit déjeuner à la fin de journée
Et en plus chaque chambre est équipée d’un steamer

Jó elhelyezkedés,nagyon odaadó személyzet ,kicsit drága az ára ,de ezt ott ennyiért adják és kédz!
Pros:

Kicsi (rövid) volt az ágy,a matrac nekem kényelmetlen volt,a fördőben használat után furcsa dohos szag volt.

Az ágy és a fürdőszoba szaga !

小さいながらも全てが凝縮されたホテル
Pros:

サンマルコ広場の近く、ブランド店の並びがすぐあり、ゴンドラも目の前。アクセスが最高、人通りはやや多いが全く騒がしいと思わなかった。他の超高級五つ星と比較してやや安価でありつつ、最高級のブティックだと思う。決して天気に恵まれたわけではなかったが、アクセスが良いため雨が止んだタイミングでゴンドラや散歩を楽しむことができた。matteoが紹介してくれたレストランがコストパフォーマンス含めイタリアで訪れた中で最も素晴らしいレストランだった。

Cons:

ミニバーのドリンクがサービスではなかったこと。水とコーヒーは飲めばすぐに補充されるが、ソフトドリンクもサービスであれば最高だった。朝食は味、サービスともに素晴らしいが、ワンパターンで飽きてしまった。

Perfekter Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Das Hotel lag sehr zentral, weshalb wir alles in kurzer Zeit zu Fuss erreichen konnten. Direkt vor dem Hotel war eine Möglichkeit eine Gondoliere zu mieten, auch zur Station für die Vaporetto war es nicht weit. Das Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet und konnte am Tisch bestellt werden, zudem gab es ein kleines Buffet mit einigen Köstlichkeiten.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time, with outstanding service and beautiful attention to detail.
Pros:

The experience at this hotel was amazing. I travel often and usually stay at very well rated hotels, and I can honestly say this one really stood out. Everything was spotless, the staff were incredibly attentive, and the decoration and overall atmosphere were beautiful. I loved the small thoughtful details, like the evening turndown touches and receiving the weather forecast for the next day. I felt extremely well taken care of from beginning to end and the service truly felt five star. A big congratulations to the entire team for such a special property.

Cons:

Very little, to be honest. The only small suggestion would be the option of a slightly softer mattress topper for guests who prefer that, as the pillows were already great. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

Estancia estupenda con un trato excepcional y excelente

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la Basílica de S. Marcos, el palacio Ducal y la mejor zona comercial de Venecia. La atención y amabilidad del personal del hotel fue magnífica
