Soggiorno sicuramente ottimo in un hotel da consigliare.
Pros:

L’ubicazione della struttura è ottima, centrale, col metro sotto casa. Il palazzo d’epoca è pregevole, le mansarde molto caratteristiche. La mia stanza molto elegante, pulitissima e in ordine.

Cons:

Due cose: ero sicuro di trovare delle pantofole di cortesia, come ormai fanno quasi tutti gli hotel, e purtroppo non c’erano.
E poi la forma dei cuscini. Li avrei preferiti rettangolari e più lunghi.

Bonne adresse au 1er!
Pros:

Nous avons une nouvelle fois séjourné au Maison Armance et comme toujours, l’expérience a été positive.

L’emplacement est tout superbe, idéal pour profiter de Paris à pied et découvrir la ville dans les meilleures conditions.

Le personnel est professionnel et attentionné. On a beaucoup aimé le petit booklet avec des recommandations parisiennes.

Les chambres sont belles, élégantes et l’hôtel offre selon nous un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour Paris.

En résumé : une très belle adresse parisienne que nous recommandons avec plaisir et où nous reviendrons certainement.

Cons:

Seul petit point à noter cette fois-ci : notre chambre était assez petite, mais cela correspond aussi aux standards parisiens, surtout dans les hôtels bien situés du centre. Nous recommandons donc plutôt de réserver une catégorie supérieure pour profiter d’un espace plus confortable.

I felt right at home, it felt like having my own apartment, and so close to everything, really close
Pros:

I could specify what I wanted for breakfast and it was brought to my room. The staff was very personable and made me feel very welcome, and was always there to assist, any time of the day and night. The location was perfect 2 minutes from the Metro and walking distance to many places of interest. When the luggage was brought to the street entrance, the concierge even waited with me till my taxi arrived.

Cons:

They can leave a list of important numbers and addresses in the room, like closest Pharmacy, Boulangeries, recommended places to eat. Tips on tipping, shopping. There seems to be a problem of overtourism which is not the hotel's fault, but it is becoming unpleasant to visit places like Louvre, parts of Versailles the rooms were congested, and then young people are using places like Opera Garnier as places to pose for engagement or romantic pictures which spoils the experience for everyone.

Payment problems. They were unable to accept my company Visa card in the reservation process, then charged my personal card twice, resulting in the annoying complication of a refund at checkout.
