Cons:

Lift was kapot. De deur sloot niet op de gelijksvloer waardoor de lift niet naar boven kon. Daardoor hebben we enkele keren de trap moeten nemen naar de 5de verdiep. Hoewel het personeel het wist kwamen ze nooit meteen helpen.

Convenient, Comfortable and Staff were great.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. If you want convenience to most main attractions, it is a very good location for accessing the trains and walking to the main attractions. It's really a personal preference. The room we booked was not what we received; however we spoke with the front desk, and they quickly remedied the situation and moved us to a much better room on the interior.

Pros:

The location is perfect, the staff is very friendly, and the room is nice.

Cons:

The bed was two twin beds put together and they were not comfortable. The sheets were poor quality and if they were not synthetic, they were very poor quality.
