The facilities are charming and the rooms are beautifully and comfortably decorated. The staff was exceptionally friendly.
Our twin rooms are small, but that is common with a city hotel and I feel that the space is well used. I know there are larger rooms available. I was impressed with the modern updates that included a cube for charging devices and a modern bidet style toilet with a heated seat and all the bells and whistles.
It was all good.
The location was excellent. Within a minutes walk from the Louvre.
The bedrooms lacked adequate lighting and were quite cramped.

Чисто, затишно, білосніжна постіль, тримісний номер був досить просторий, як для Парижу. Сніданок в номер, дуже сподобалась, ця концепція, замовлення сніданку на певний час, ранок був неспішний та аристократичний, сам сніданок був смачний та різноманітний, персонал дуже приємний.
Це не стосується саме сервісу, це мінуси старої архітектури. Малесенький ліфт, малесенькі загальні коридори. Але це реальність, яку потрібно прийняти, бо вона не зміниться. А щодо саме незручностей в готелі не дивлячись на смачний та різноманітний сніданок, в номері було не дуже комфортно його їсти, і це теж потрібно прийняти, бо малесенький готель не має можливості накривати сніданок, мені так здалося.

Bathtub difficult to get in and out
The staff at the hotel were excellent and very willing to help in any way they could. The breakfast was room service which was appreciated and very complete. The size of the room is very adequate for Paris.
Perhaps a larger comfortable chair for seating would be convenient and comfortable.
Superb hotel in unbeatable location. Strong family feel - the staff seemed all unchanged from last year and are, without exception, charming. So quiet despite the central location. Breakfast is enormous and excellent value for money. Rooms are just big enough and the view over to St German l’Auxerrois and the Louvre is unforgettable. I would hate to have to stay anywhere else in Paris.
