Muy buena ubicación. A pocos minutos de monumentos importantes y de las paradas de tren, bus y metro. La cama cómoda y las habitaciones estaban limpias.

La habitación era más pequeña de lo que parecía en las fotos pero suficiente para el uso que le dábamos ya que solo íbamos para dormir.

Die Lage ist absolut top. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Bett sehr bequem. Das Zimmer ruhig.

Cons:

Die Dusche schließt nicht richtig und das Wasser läuft direkt ins Zimmer auf den Teppichboden. Keine Hilfe beim Gepäck.

Pulizia: dietro al comodino resti di carta, moquette con forte odore, l’acqua della vasca da bagno/doccia non scendeva.
Wi-Fi insistente, segnalato la prima sera, ma non è stato fatto nulla!!!! Il problema era la stanza; in quella zona non prendeva nulla, ma loro hanno venduto la stanza nonostante a conoscenza del problema. La cosa peggiore d che non ci hanno spostato, non si sono scusati, nemmeno una colazione offerta. La gentilezza non appartiene a loro.
Stanza da tre: non c’è la possibilità di camminare se non uno alla volta, e girati sul fianco, da quanto fosse piccola, per non parlare del bagno. Per fortune non avevamo valige, ma zaini, poiché non c era il posto per sistemare.
Il portiere di notte, di giovedì venerdì e sabato, che passava il tempo a guardare video sul telefono a volume esagerato, no comment!
Reception infornata, ma non è cambiato nulla.
Booking: è la seconda volta consecutiva che ridevo con voi e ci sono problemi con la prenotazione!
