Le réceptionniste du matin , accueillant , souriant , serviable

Cons:

La chambre 1 au rez de chaussée mal aéré , mal nettoyé ( poussière a la télé et des cables ) , raiseau téléphone difficile à avoir dans la chambre.
Le premier réceptionniste aui m’a livré la chambre était désagréable !

Location very good. Cleaning staff are doing an excellent job! Quick check-in. English-speaking portier. Electric water kettle in the room and several portions of tea. Cozy bed. CLEAN!!! - which is most important.

Cons:

Fairly small both the room and the bathroom, but sufficient for one person. View from the window to the inner light well, that is like a room without a window. The overall infrastructure is a bit aged, but still not detestable.

Lovely experience staying in the centre of Paris. Staff were brilliant, will definitely return in the future.
Pros:

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was really nice and comfortable too. 24 hr desk service was helpful and ensured I felt safe as I was travelling solo.

Cons:

I had a couple issues with working the air con. It as was locked so I couldn’t adjust the temperature myself. However, when I asked the staff about it they were really helpful and said I could just ring them when I wanted the air con on or off.

パリの三つ星なら、まあこんなもん。
Pros:

オペラまで徒歩圏内の立地。また暑い時期だったのでエアコンがしっかり効いていたのは良かった。

Cons:

ドアのカードキーのトラブル。更にその対応のスタッフの態度が最悪だった。

Cons:

L'alarme incendie a sonné à 3h du matin , nous nous sommes retrouvés dehors , pour qu'on nous dise 30 minutes plus tard que c'était un test , test qui a aussi retentit le lendemain a 10h !!! Et nous n'avons eu aucun dédommagement ou remboursement, ni d'explications
