Booked the place when we come they said fake booking .
They were a lot of people with the same situation
Verblijf was niet doorgegaan, ondanks bevestiging! We kwamen daar aan en niets was bekend, en personeel was niet eens hulpvaardig!

The location was really good. It seemed to be close enough to everything we needed. There is a do-it-yourself coffee machine that we could use all day which I loved. The front desk staff were very nice especially Rami who helped us change our room.
The breakfast was sub parr. The scrambled eggs did not look like real eggs, they looked like they were made from a powder and the sausages really looked like mini hot dogs to me. The rooms could do with an upgrade but they were fine. There was a leak in our hallway and a bucket catching dripping water which I thought was a bit down market for the price.

Bonjour,
je suis arrivée en fin d'après midi à l'accueil de l'hôtel début juillet 2026 et comme d'autres personnes, l'hôtesse nous a expliqué qu'il s'agissait d'un hacking sur Booking et qu'aucune chambre à ces tarifs promotionnels que nous avions eu n'existait. J'ai dû faire opposition à ma carte bancaire, et surtout trouver un autre logement pour le soir même, n'ayant pas été prévenue de ce 'hacking' bien que l'hôtel et Booking en ai eu connaissance depuis le matin.
Je ne sais toujours pas exactement ce qu'il s'est passé, j'ai eu l'hôtel au téléphone dans les jours suivants indiquant que les clients victimes de cette erreur ou hacking auraient une compensation financière de la part de Booking, mais depuis plus d'un mois, je n'ai eu aucune nouvelle.
Je ne note pas l'hôtel en lui même puisque de fait je n'y suis pas restée, mais la collaboration avec Booking et le service client suivant inexistant, donc nul .
Peut être que ce message sera enfin entendu puisque Booking ne fait rien ?
En vous remerciant pour la compréhension de la situation de nombreuses personnes qui se sont retrouvées sans logement au dernier moment
