Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec une rénovation récente, tout en ayant réussi à conserver beaucoup de charme. L’emplacement est excellent et l’hôtel est très propre.
À la réception, il y a une machine à café ainsi que des viennoiseries. Nous ne les avons pas utilisées, mais nous avons trouvé cela très agréable pour les personnes qui arrivent un peu plus tôt et doivent attendre leur chambre. Mention spéciale à Sergey à la réception, qui était vraiment très sympathique et accueillant.

Cons:

l’hôtel est situé dans un quartier très animé et donc assez bruyant. Dès 7 heures du matin, la circulation des voitures peut être assez gênante pour dormir. Cela dit, pour quelques nuits, cela reste tout à fait supportable.
Le point que j’ai trouvé le plus décevant est le petit-déjeuner. Le choix est assez limité par rapport au prix. De plus, il n’y avait pas de couverts ou d’ustensiles à disposition pour couper le fromage et le jambon. Nous n’avons pas vu de personnel pendant les 30 minutes où nous avons pris notre petit-déjeuner à qui nous aurions pu demander de l’aide. Un des fromages, qui semblait justement être prévu pour être découpé, était même présenté directement dans son emballage.
Dans l’ensemble, une très bonne expérience malgré quelques points à améliorer, notamment au niveau du petit-déjeuner.

Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr modern und sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage (wenn man nicht allzu geräuschempfindlich ist)

Cons:

Zimmer 1 hat Fenster auf die stark befahrene Straße (dafür mit Blick Richtung Notre Dame :)) und ist recht hellhörig

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. I loved it.
Pros:

The breakfast was lovely and complete, and the breakfast room in the wine cellar was beautiful. My hotel room was exquisite with a great bed, insanely great view, fabulous amenities.

Nothing.

Great location! Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Location was amazing. Easy to walk to many attractions. Could see Notre Dame from my window. Staff was so nice and friendly. Pastries and refreshments in the lobby. Air conditioning and elevator. Bed and pillows were comfortable and slept great.

Cons:

The view was amazing, however, it was on the busy street. If you are sensitive to noise, you may have to give up the view. But it didn't bother us.

Pros:

Perfect location, very helpful staff, small and cosy hotel with just 10 rooms but rooms are not mini and hotel has restaurant. Of course, very close there are excellent restaurants.

Cons:

For big luggage no place in the room. Safe not functioning in spite of trial of repair.

A boutique hotel worth the extra cost!
Pros:

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was quaint and charming but had all modern amenities including a waterfall shower. The window opens onto the Seine with a breath-taking view of Notre Dame, and the hotel is convenient to Ile de la,Cite, the Latin Quarter,and St. Germain. This includes a walkable neighborhood of shops and restaurants just down the side alley. The lift for the RER from the airport is located just across the alley, but the station was undergoing repairs during our visit necessitating a cab ride. Our stay was perfect!
