Zentrale Lage, tolle Klimaanlage, große Dusche. Gratis Wasserspender sogar mit Kohlensäure und gekühlt - rund um die Uhr.

It worked out great for us!
Pros:

I had a problem with our original room as there was a step immediately upon opening the room door to exit. I almost fell as did my granddaughter. They did move us to a much more acceptable room!

Very conveniently located hotel , close to Luxembourg gardens , RER and supermarket . Clean , with good amenities in the
Pros:

The property was very well located , close to RER, with direct line to CDC and there was a Carrefour across the road and a lively cafe nearby .
The room was very clean , bed was comfortable and shower was easy access.
There was coffee available anytime in the lobby and the room came with a fridge so you could get snacks at Carrefour and keep them in the fridge .
I want to mention the exceptional customer service . When I had a problem ( lost my phone outside ) , Neema spent at least an hour trying to help me , calling police to file report , calling my credit card company etc. She couldn’t have done more to assist .

Cons:

Nothing , would definitely stay again if I was in Paris

Pros:

Location was EXCELLENT. We connected to every place in Paris by first taking the nearby RER. RER Trip was direct to and from CDG. The Luxembourg Gardens and neighbourhood were fabulous. There was no shortage of local restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was expertly curated and met our needs. We had two very hot days 30C plus and air conditioning was quiet and worked very well. Rooms were also quiet, a real plus for staying in the heart of a big city. For the most part, the staff members were helpful and pleasant. I witnessed Nenna go above and beyond to help a mature guest try to find her lost or stolen mobile phone by communicating with authorities, etc.

Cons:

The lobby is somewhat shabby and needs a refurbish. I had booked a triple room and sent a request for two separate beds and received confirmation that I would have a double and single bed. At check in the clerk insisted that a single bed meant a sofa bed. Fortunately, housekeeping was able to configure the bed type into two twins and a sofa bed. There was no dresser in the room, which I believe is typical of many boutique hotels.

Pros:

the rooms are good but I did not have a hand in the shower so I was obliged to use the fixed one

Pros:

The location could not have been better! The woman who checked us in (Nenna 💕) might have been only of the loveliest humans I’ve ever met, but I don’t mean to take anything away from the rest of the staff. The room was great, the staff were wonderful, the beds were super comfy and location location LOCATION! Hungry? No problem - fantastic restaurant options within one block or less. Craving something sweet? No problem - mosey over for some gelato. Can’t leave Paris without an amazing croissant and/or other patisserie staples? Once again, look no further! It’s 2am and you need to FaceTime your sister about something wild your dad did at the Louvre - cool! Pop downstairs, pour yourself a complimentary bottle of sparkling water and cackle to your heart’s content. The next time I go to Paris (and there WILL be a next time), I have no desire to stay anywhere else. It was the perfect mix of cute, cozy, chic, but not intimidating. Loved it so so so so much!

That I only booked two nights there, but that’s on me.

Il bagno senza bidet, la tv non funzionava per i canali come Netflix eppure era una Smart tv, andavano solamente pochi canali e francesi, mi sembrava di aver prenotato con la colazione inclusa ma al momento del check in mi hanno detto che non era inclusa
