Great Staff and Hotel
Pros:

I’m from Boston and we stayed for three nights.we booked two rooms for my family. The rooms are immaculate and have A/C . Excellent staff and location in Latin Quarter. You can walk to many restaurants and bakeries, I left behind an electronic device and they contacted me and helped ship it back to me..

Pros:

Loved everything about the hotel and the location was perfect!

Cons:

The bathtub shower was a little odd - it was hard to prevent water from leaking on to the floor. It was fine for me, but I expect that getting in and out of the tub would be a difficult set up for a person with mobility issues.

Das vom Hotel vermittelt Taxi war kein offizieller Anbieter. Leider bemerkte ich dies erst auf halber Strecke zum Bahnhof. Aus meiner Sicht machte die Hotelangestellte hier gemeinsame Sache mit dem „Taxifahrer“. Kosten für die Fahrt 40 Euro. Der Weg vom Bahnhof zum Hotel bei Ankunft kostete 20 Euro. Nach Reklamation beim Hotel wurde mir eine Rückerstattung von 20 Euro versprochen. Dies ist nun über einen Monat her und die Zahlung steht trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung immer noch aus. Aus meiner Sicht kein professionelles Geschäftsgebaren.

L’emplacement en face du Pantheon. Le calme de l’hôtel et la gentillesse du personnel. Belle décoration des chambres et petit déjeuner convivial dans une petite salle agréable en sous-sol
