We couldn’t be more pleased with the AMAZING staff, Fannu especially was an absolute Angel and so kind and helpful. We have stayed in Paris before but this hotel was way more spacious. We had a direct view of the pantheon!
We loved the red lighting option in the hotel too, made it very vibey.
Many thanks for a wonderful stay at your hotel. It was in an excellent location and easy to walk to a restaurant we’d booked for our first night, Le Vieux Bistro. Plus the Cluny metro station was also only 10 minutes walk and the Notre Dame only 20 mins walk away. Plenty of restaurants along the way, beautiful Luxembourg Gardens and Luxembourg metro where we arrived using the RER from Gare du Nord. Hotel is adjacent to the Panthenon and around the other side of the Panthenon is a church dedicated to St Genevieve , the patron saint of Paris.
Our room was a little on the small side but clean with plenty of hangers in the wardrobe for two of us as well as good products in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have an extractor in the bathroom but great shower and working air condition. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff very pleasant. Plus all the staff on reception were exceptional! So very helpful and nothing was too much for them. They truly made our stay so very comfortable. Thank you all we had a most enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Location was fantastic. Away from the chaos but still in the heart of Paris! The area is full of wonderful restaurants and shops and walking distance to all the sites. Metro is close too. Rooms are beautiful - ours faced the Pantheon which was amazing! Staff friendly and helpful

Beautiful designed rooms and unparalleled view of the pantheon, etc. this is a jewel of a hotel in the heart of Paris.
Pleasant stay at a great hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a panorama room that was large by Paris standards with a great view of The Pantheon and surrounding areas. We enjoyed the Latin Quarter. The area was quiet, convenient with lots of good eating and drinking options. We would highly recommend the hotel.

Location, nothing else and even that was not amazing, just ok (the fact that the hotel is in front of the Pantheon doesn't mean it's in a great location). The rest of the hotel experience was not good. I can't say anything else positive.
First, I asked for a room with a view to the Pantheon, they gave me a room with a view to the opposite side.
Second, breakfast was not good.
Third, shower is not practical. Very uncomfortable.
Fourth, 2 out of the 3 nights I return to the hotel I had to wait outside because the door was closed and the front desk person was not there. Very annoying having to wait and without a way to communicate.
Fifth, the hotel is overpriced for what you received, both in treatment and facilities.
The view is incredible. You see it on the pictures, but it’s breathtaking in reality. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. Excellent location.

Great hotel! The rooms were really clean, the bed comfortable and the view was splendid. The staff was amazing, I was welcomed really warmly - Safia and Margary were really helpful and together with Hériné they all made me want to come back every year.
This is definitely number one hotel in all of Paris.
