Pros:

Wonderful stay here. Great location and staff!

It was great location! Got to check in early which was a great help since we had flown all night. The staff were wonderful!

日本語を話せるデニスさんがいる安心のホテルです。
Pros:

地下鉄サンミッシェル駅のすぐ目の前でどこに行くにも便利です。
日本語を話せるデニスさんがレセプションにいてとても親切にしてくれました。
朝から夕方までいつでもいるので心強いです。
観光案内から穴場の紹介や美味しいビストロの案内までいろいろ親身になって相談に乗ってくれます。
日本のマンガなどから日本に興味を持ち何度も来日しているそうです。
パリ老舗のホテルで設備は最新という訳では有りませんが、清潔でベッドの寝心地もとても良いです。
1階ロビーでは一日中飲み物のサービスもあってほっと一息付けます。
私はビールまでごちそうになってしまいました。
とても居心地の良いホテルです。

Great, central and comfortable
Pros:

Amazing location - incredibly convenient to the RER and Metro stations - 5 min walk from Notre Dame and right in the Latin Quarter.

Def not cheap! But probably fair value for Paris these days.

Friendly staff and happy for us to leave luggage for the day.

Classic Paris elevator - an experience in its self!

Amazing service
Pros:

I booked this hotel for my daughter and her friends for a short stay. The communication with the team was excellent from start to finish. The group was welcomed by name as soon as they walked through the door, and they were offered cold water (it was a heatwave) while luggage was taken and stored until thier room was ready. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The hotel has A/C and is in an excellent location, near a metro station and lots of cafes and restaurants. It is in a pretty area near the river, right in the heart of Paris, where most attractions can be reached by walking. Thank you to Denis, Saran and the rest of the team for making this a great stay!
