Cons:

The manager of the property was very rude and was charging me for a room I did not want. I canceled the reservation and he charged me for 1 nights stay which was above the rate for the room I had reserved.

There was a miscommunication between the property, myself, and Booking.com on the room I originally reserved. And because I canceled the reservation because of the manager’s rudeness, Booking.com charged me a cancellation fee as well.

I will dispute these charges with my bank ASAP, and will not recommend the hotel or Booking.com in the future.

I will use social media sites to rate this hotel and Booking.com unfavorably if these charges are not reversed.
