Exactly what we needed to enjoy our holiday in Paris
Pros:

Excellent location in Montparnasse, very friendly and helpful staff at reception view from our 4th floor room was lovely very vibrant area with lots of places to eat and drink nearby, close to the Montparnasse Tower which is a great point of reference to find your way back at the end of the night.

Cons:

Very small lift 2 people and 2 bags is a squeeze although there is option of stairs but on top 4th floor you really need the lift after walking around Paris all day. Room was small and could have used some drawers to put things away, small wardrobe but was clean with nice bathroom with walk in shower and comfy beds so it really is all you need.

Perfect location for exploring Paris with easy access to metro and plenty of restaurants and cafes around the hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast setup could use some refining. In general food was ok and there was plenty. Coffee was good, which is important.
