On balance we would stay again!
Pros:

The communal areas were comfortable and well decorated. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was fantastic

Our room, at the very top of the building, was very small and a bit tired.

Pros:

Excellent location. Great Space for 4 people. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment.

Cons:

Thermostat in king room worked fine the first day or two and then we could not get it to work after that. We didn't ask for help, just opened the windows

Nice hotel. Good breakfast, coffee too strong.

Cons:

The person at reception during check-in wasn’t so nice. At first I didn’t understand the system - different buildings with tiny one person elevators to each.

Pros:

- A disponibilidade e simpatia de todos os funcionários, para tudo o que solicitámos, seja na reserva de mesa em restaurante, na chamada de táxi, ou na reposição de um item no pequeno-almoço, prontamente atendido pela Aline.
- O quarto onde ficámos, no segundo piso com frente para a rua, era muito confortável, com uma dimensão adequada e com uma pequena varanda, que lhe dava um toque distintivo.
- A qualidade dos produtos de pequeno-almoço.
- A localização que permite, para quem já conhece as atrações turísticas, integrar-se na vida parisiense e visitar uma boa parte dos bairros centrais, em torno do Sena, a pé.

Cons:

Não é propriamente não gostar.
Trata-se de uma sugestão.
Colocar nas “amenities” disponíveis nos quartos, produtos de limpeza de sapatos, tendo em conta as características dos passadiços dos jardins públicos que levantam muito pó.

Lokalizacja, lokalizacja, lokalizacja. Autentyczny francuski klimat w środku. Pomocna i bardzo miła obsługa. Ekspress w pokoju i darmowe kapsułki do niego.

Cons:

bardzo mała winda (ale to chyba typowe w Paryżu) i schody nie trzymające poziomu (będę ten hotel pamiętał dzięki tym schodom długo :-) )

Uzun zamandır hiç bu kadar iyi uyumamıştım, sırf uyku kürü yapmak için bile gidilebilir, yataklar inanılmaz rahat.
Pros:

Lokasyon çok cazip, her yere yakın. Otel küçük ama çok temiz ve güvenli. Personel gayet kibar ve güler yüzlü. Otelde kahvaltı almadık hiç ama yemek salonu hep kalabalıktı.

Cons:

Tesisin beğenmediğimiz bir yönü olmadı, beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı.

The location was perfect. Walkable to main attractions. Very quaint hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Lift goes to 5th floor. A terrace room requires a climb to the 6th, which is difficult with luggage. The staff are willing to assist if needed.

Le personnel est irrespectueux
Suite au séjour en question, je me permets de vous informer que j’ai déposé une plainte auprès du commissariat de police pour discrimination et harcèlement, que j’estime avoir subi de la part de la serveuse et du réceptionniste, durant le bref moment passé dans votre établissement, en particulier lors du petit-déjeuner, entre 8h et 9h.

Je vous saurais gré de bien vouloir me mettre en contact avec un responsable, afin que je puisse lui transmettre une copie de mon dépôt de plainte et exposer les faits avec précision.
