Pros:

the staff were nice and tried to be helpful.

Cons:

the condition of the room, particularly at the price point being charged. the quality and condition of the furnishings was akin to a three (not four) star hotel. Hotel is in serious need of a refresh.

while obviously an unintentional mistake, I had paid for an airport pickup and it never came, significantly delaying me. the hotel had recorded the wrong date and were sorry for the mix up.

Great hotel at a great location. A hidden gem!
Pros:

All the staff were great and they also kindly upgraded me on arrival. The breakfast was superb and again the staff exceptional.
There was a spa and steam room/pool on site which was open from 8am to 10pm. I did try it at 9am one morning and the steam room wasn't operational and there were no staff present, so o tried the pool instead and by the time I cam out they had activated the steam room and I had it all to myself. The location was great and not at all far from Gare du Nord, where I arrived with the Eurostar. It was very comfortable and would stay again.

Cons:

Sometimes staff were absent, I went to have a drink one evening and the bar was closed and when I went to the spa, although access was granted, there were no staff. It might have been nice to have someone present at each of these locations

Wonderful staff, good location, but dark rooms/halls and meager breakfast
Pros:

The location is excellent -- quiet, with nearby restaurants and shop. It is a bit distant from tourist attractions, but has easy access to the Metro. The room was small, but typical for Paris, very clean, with a comfortable bed. However, it was very dark -- we needed flashlights to see into drawers, corners, and even open parts of the room. The hallways were dark as a dungeon with tiny focused spots on doors and dark passages in between. The breakfast buffet was pretty meager and we were never told that we could order eggs freshly made -- we happened to see others having them on our last day.
The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful.

Struttura in posizione molto buona, île de la cité raggiungibile con qualche fermata dí metro ma anche a piedi in mezz’oretta. Piccola spa. Pulizia buona, personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Hôtel sympa bien situé mais insonorisation à revoir

Hôtel agréable bien situé confortable
personnel très gentil et professionnel
Piscine petite mais très sympa
Deco sympa très bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

L’insonorisation absente
Je suis venue avec ma famille pour faire le semi marathon de Paris nous avions besoin de passer une bonne nuit mais, impossible de dormir
On entend tous les bruits de la rue l’air passe aux fenêtres et on entend aussi nos voisins de chambre prendre leurs douches et parler
Dommage sinon l’hôtel est top
