Great comfortable location, a cozy bed and especially nice bathroom
Nothing to mention, honestly
A little cozy hotel in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, surrounded by local cafes and wine bars. Perfect for a romantic weekend away from the tourist crowds. Staff is nice and helpful, rooms are not big but very neat. Saint-Germain boulevard is within walking distance, and you can also find the big department store Le Bon Marché in less than 5 minutes on foot.
Beautiful room and great location
Side Breakfast room was very cold and not heated. Main breakfast room always full.
It was clean.
Location is good if you’ve been to Paris many times and want a more local vibe.
Good restaurants close by.
Close to le Bon Marché.
Bathroom is good.
The worst decoration in a hotel I’ve ever seen. Like a mixture of ikea’s teen bedroom with a hotel that you rent by the hour. I can’t get over how ugly the room was.
Old linen ( they were clean but very old and even ripped in places)
There are plastic notes in the elevator and corridors that look really trashy.
The intention is to make it look sexy but it looks seedy and trashy.
Sometimes a stay is just exceptional. While the hard product itself is of a very high quality - its the people who add a layer of service that elevates a pleasant stay into one that requires to be repeated.
The welcome, every moment of inquiry and most importantly the departure - all were handled brilliantly by Natasha and Luca - professional, courteous and warm.
To return is the greatest compliment a guest can bestow. To Natasha and Luca I say, until next time. To anyone reading, come try exceptional service, solid hard product and a location that is Paris par excellence! The breakfast buffet is quite varied - hot and cold - sets one up for the day.
The rooms overlooking the street are very well designed and appointed, but not cavernous. If you have a lot of luggage, I’d think on upgrading from the standard room.
The hotel was centrally located and easy to get around the city. Breakfast was good - it was fresh and good variety. the room was comfortable.
Great staff
Location, clean, friendly staff
Steam room was out of service, shower was leaking, coffee machine was high on a shelf and it was necessary to remove the machine in order to put a coffee capsule in
The property was clean and most of the staff amazing.
We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling the first two nights and when moved on the third night it was to a much smaller room than what I had booked. At breakfast the food served buffet style in the patio which made it cold before you could eat it. Being diabetic I needed to eat a protein and was refused eggs when they were making them for other people. They need to move buffet indoors to make it more palatable during the winter months.
