Amazing stay in a fabulous location.
Pros:

Loved this hotel. Perfect location, amazing first floor room for our family of four, including two small children. Where else can you find three beds in one room? The bathroom was huge and clean. We really loved it here.

Reception Unavailable and Main Door Locked
Cons:

We had an unfortunately disappointing experience at this hotel, especially at checkout. We had to leave very early, at 3:30 a.m., for the airport, and were assured in advance that the reception desk was staffed 24/7. However, when we came down to check out, no one was at the counter, and even worse, the hotel’s main door was closed, so we could not leave even though our van to the airport was already waiting outside.

After some time, we heard someone snoring and eventually managed to figure out where the receptionist was sleeping. We had to go and wake him up so he could process our checkout and open the door for us. This was extremely stressful and unacceptable, especially when you are trying to catch a flight.

Honestly, this made us think that if you are planning to go out and enjoy Paris at night, this may not be the right hotel for you. There is a real risk that you could come back and find the main door locked while the receptionist is in a real deep sleep. In our case, we had to wake him up with difficulty. This is not the level of service or security that guests should expect.

Perfect Hotel for Sightseeing Around Paris
Pros:

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is close to the Seine, Notre Dame, and plenty of shops and restaurants. It is also very close to a metro stop. Our room was a perfect size for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children).

Cons:

My husband did find a bug on the floor of the bathroom, but overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel in Saint Germain
Pros:

Location was great! Restaurants everywhere and close to the metro. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous and exactly the feel we were looking for in a Parisian hotel room.

Bad hotel…super small… but great location.
Pros:

Just great location…

Cons:

Rooms are super small… can barely open your luggage. Shower water pressure was inconsistent as well as the hot & cold water. Staff is not flexible or friendly… felt like they just wanted the booking.

Incredible view in the heart of st germain
Pros:

Amazing view and location, the bed was comfortable and the bath was a lovely addition to relax in after a long day. Appreciate the French design.

Cons:

No air vents in the bathroom so mirror gets steamy but not that big of a deal :)

Very goof would stay again but it is definstely st the top of out budget
Pros:

Great location. Good sized room. Clean. Clean towels daily. Wonderful bed pillows.
Some desk staff very helpful

Cons:

Nnothing to dislike. One staff member on reception was a bit grumpy! On the expensive side. Would look for offers to stay again

Charming little boutique hotel in the 6th. Beautiful bathroom. Bring a multiport adapter, only one plug in the room. Kind staff.

Quaint, but good location
Pros:

Very good breakfast for 12 euros pp. Coffee extra. Short distance to Metro line. Several good restaurants within a block or two. Gelato store very close. Bakery across the street. Easy walking distance to the Seine.

Cons:

No Air conditioning in winter months, which meant sleeping on top of the covers in March. A little warmer than we like to sleep, but manageable. No snack or drink shop, but mini market nearby. Small room, but pretty common size for Europe.
