Very small rooms.
Great location!
Location, views, breakfast, staff
This hotel is in a great lively and safe neighborhood. The room was very clean, comfortable and worked well for three people. The room was very quiet and very clean and housekeeping provided everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. We greatly appreciated the smoke-free property. The metro is very nearby which made for convenient travel all throughout the city and beyond.
Beautiful nice place , good location
Great great
Nothing
Location was very good for visiting Paris sights. Staff were helpful and friendly. Decor was charming throughout the hotel, including our room . Our room was small but typical for a Paris hotel. Bathroom was roomy and well appointed.
It was a bit small. The reception, lobby were so small one could not linger very long without having to move out of someone's way. The breakfast room was also small but charming. The staff there were very friendly and responsive. Value of breakfast for the cost was mediocre. Food offerings were small but quality was good.
Tesisin konumu, çalışanlar, temizliği, her anlamda oldukça yeterli ve güzeldi.
Odamız soğuktu, klimayı sıcağa çeviremedik, gece battaniyeyle uyuduk.
Location was very good, room comfortable and bed very good, slept well, receptionist were really lovely, would highly recommend this hotel
I requested extra duvet and iron, got confirmation but was never put in room and we arrived at midnight. We went to Paris to celebrate my daughters 18th birthday,i asked if a card or something very small could be put in room for her to make her feel special but was offered macaroons for 29e if i like. Its a small gesture could have been very apreciated by us and something like a small note doesnt cost anything especially for high stardard hotel like this.
Loved this hotel. Perfect location, amazing first floor room for our family of four, including two small children. Where else can you find three beds in one room? The bathroom was huge and clean. We really loved it here.
We had an unfortunately disappointing experience at this hotel, especially at checkout. We had to leave very early, at 3:30 a.m., for the airport, and were assured in advance that the reception desk was staffed 24/7. However, when we came down to check out, no one was at the counter, and even worse, the hotel’s main door was closed, so we could not leave even though our van to the airport was already waiting outside.
After some time, we heard someone snoring and eventually managed to figure out where the receptionist was sleeping. We had to go and wake him up so he could process our checkout and open the door for us. This was extremely stressful and unacceptable, especially when you are trying to catch a flight.
Honestly, this made us think that if you are planning to go out and enjoy Paris at night, this may not be the right hotel for you. There is a real risk that you could come back and find the main door locked while the receptionist is in a real deep sleep. In our case, we had to wake him up with difficulty. This is not the level of service or security that guests should expect.
