A Wonderful Stay for Our 20th Anniversary ❤️

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel des Seine! We stayed for two nights to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and the staff made the whole experience incredibly special.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was so warm, friendly, and welcoming. We were very kindly upgraded to a beautiful room, and when we entered, we found such a lovely surprise waiting for us, champagne, biscuits, macarons, and water. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our anniversary feel even more special.

The staff were absolutely lovely throughout our stay and made us feel genuinely cared for. Even though we were only there for two nights, we had such a memorable and enjoyable time.

The location is also fantastic! The neighborhood is lively, charming, and full of atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to stay and enjoy Paris.

Thank you so much to everyone at Hotel des Seine for making our 20th anniversary so special. We truly appreciated all the little touches and your wonderful hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

The location in St. Germain was great, the streets were small, and had alot of cafe / bar options. The hotel was also nice enough and relatively clean.

Perfect in every way, especially for someone who used to live in the quarter!
Pros:

It is the perfect location for me! Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast is plentiful and good. And their lounge is comfy and has lots of reading material.

De locatie was geweldig, verder vond ik het zeer tegenvallen.

Ze waren open.

Cons:

De kamer had bij binnenkomst een muffe geur. Op Booking.com staat dat de kamer over airconditioning beschikt, maar deze kon niet lager worden ingesteld dan 22 graden. Dat kan om milieuredenen een bewuste keuze zijn, maar een dergelijke beperking behoort dan wel vooraf te worden vermeld. Goede airconditioning is voor mij een belangrijk selectiecriterium, dus ik had dit graag vóór mijn reservering geweten. Bovendien maakte de airconditioning uitzonderlijk veel lawaai en leek het systeem sterk verouderd. De WC moest steeds twee keer doorgespoeld worden. En op de zeer ruwe, stugge handdoeken zaten vlekken.

Ik heb veel gereisd en in veel soorten hotels geslapen, maar dit was wel mijn meest negatieve ervaring.

Cons:

The property is very nice and with elevator! make sure you select the proper room as there is one with a very small bed, Guadalupe changed us the room, fortunately there was availability. Many rooms face inside the building so don’t expect view and light but if you select one facing the street you’ll have a brighter stay.
