Pleasantly surprised with the room. It was spotless and orderly. Room rates good compared to surrounding hotels very near the tour eiffel.

The outside streets had a lot of cigarette butts.

Location, location, location!! Dated hotel in the heart of Paris. Very convenient to metro station & minutes from the Eiffel Tower. We paid extra for a room with a view - worth every penny! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, central to most of the sites so very convenient. Staff was great as well.

we did have a broken mini fridge in 2 rooms, which they did solve the last day we were there. we had a room on the second floor which pulled in cigarette smoke from the street pretty badly with the window open. There's a tourist locker on the other side of the street and one night we suffered through alarms there every 20 minutes the entire night. second room was on the next floor up and was much better.

greatest location and staff

We chose this hotel because of its location to the Eiffel Tower and its price. It was exactly what i was expecting - small, but clean and convenient. Service was very helpful.

The hotel is very well located beside the Eiffel Tower although quite a walk from the metro. There wasn't any air conditioning which was a bit tough as the day temperature was 30C. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Reception staff very welcome and accommodating. The room number 3 was ok, windows that open for a court yard that is used for smoking. Not very private, so you need to keep windows and curtains closed all day if you like some privacy. The room was not very clean, found hairs on the bed and stained towels in the toilet, very little amenities, specially for two. Breakfast I think it’s not worth having in the hotel, not very much interesting choices, very basic options, cheese, coffee, juice, bread, cereals, basically is all we get. Also the breakfast room is located in the basement and very small space. I definitely advise to go out and spend the 19 euros breakfast fee on the beautiful bakeries that have a not far from the hotels and with beautiful selections of fresh French food and plenty restaurants around that serve break fast. The location is good for transport and to go around the area with the Eiffel Tower just 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Well got classic room that looks nothing like pictures on websites, very small one bed that’s it, no place to put clothes like 4 hangers that’s it no shelves, safe did not work, fridge did not work told them on day one they never fixed it all week, no coffee or kettle in room, no soap dish in bathroom, ants! all over the floor in bathroom and on carpet in room! So with only one chair no place to put suitcase we could not even unpack! Also they did not tell us that room is right beside there patio! Our bedroom window is facing the patio so early morning and at night people talking and moving chairs snd tables loud! Every day! Also room was very cold at night heater did not work! Shower head fell off as I was getting soap out of my hair! Oh you also have to leave your room key every time you go out at front desk so you have to ask it back when oh come back, oh and if you sleep in they call snd wake you to ask if we want the cleaners to come in? No sign for door that says do not disturb! The only one thing about this place is the location is good that’s it!

The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is old and the rooms are very small as expected because it’s Paris. The rooms really need an update as do the linens and beds.

Great property for short and long stay

This hotel is well located and on a quiet street. It is an older hotel and the walls between the rooms are very thin. But the staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. This hotel is "no frills" but it was what we needed for our stay.
