Lovely hotel staff!!
Posizione eccellente, a piedi si arriva Louvre, Notre Dame, Torre Eiffel. Personale gentile, camere pulite e personale molto gentile. La colazione di qualità.

The hotel was well located within walking distance of both the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. We were very well taken care of by the concierge who arranged both airport pickup and dropoff. The room was lovely! We'd love to stay again if we find ourselves in Paris.
Patricia is an amazing FOH Manager and is welcoming and helpful.
The location is right in Saint-Germain without having the noisy venues or car passage as the other busier streets.
The rooms and bathrooms are spacious for Paris standards - and no carpet!!!
Not having carpets (which I love) means you sometimes hear upstairs noises, but nothing too impactful.

Location is very good for enjoying St Germain
The room was very small and in desperate need of renovation.
I have often stayed in this hotel and enjoyed the nice rooms of the hotel but this one was not up to the usual standard.
Great location
My wife and I could not say enough good things about this hotel (in fact, my wife said it was her favorite hotel she’s ever stayed at). The location is excellent (tucked on a quiet street near a bustling and fun area of Saint-Germain). The rooms were clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. And the hotel felt surprisingly luxurious when we walked in - much nicer than the pictures online made it seem. We pre-ordered breakfasts through the hotel and were happy with the choice - a pretty typical breakfast spread for European hotels. We are also happy that we booked the romance package which included champagne and a ride on a Seine water taxi. They give you two tickets to the boat when you check in and you can just go anytime you want during your trip - easy and convenient for a fun activity. There were a few areas for improvement, mainly with wear and tear on an old building (the shower head and sink drain both didn’t work perfectly), but these are pretty standard in European hotels, and the positives of the hotel far outweighed these negatives, especially given the reasonable price. Overall; this hotel offered everything we wanted and a few surprises. We will definitely be staying again.
Location is great, staff very nice, although the hotel is old as it keeps a beautiful history and architecture, it is very well maintained.
I could hear noises from the street (probably because of windows are not sound proof) and also noises from the neighbour rooms.
