I had a very frustrating experience with the payment process at this hotel.
When I made my reservation through Booking, the booking information indicated that I would be charged in advance. Since I used a virtual card, I specifically sent the hotel a message through Booking.com before my arrival asking whether I would need to present the card upon check-in. Nobody ever replied.
When I arrived, I was told that the payment had not actually been processed through Booking.com and that the amount showing on my card was only a temporary authorization. This put me in a very difficult situation because the money I had allocated for the hotel was being held by that authorization, while the separate card I tried to use to make the payment at reception was not working.
I ended up spending almost an hour at reception trying to resolve a payment issue that could have easily been avoided with proper communication beforehand. After all that time, the receptionist finally told me that I could use the same card associated with the Booking.com reservation and that they could charge it directly if I showed the card/details needed for verification.
This was particularly frustrating because I had specifically contacted the hotel before arriving to ask about exactly this issue, and nobody bothered to respond.
The problem was not having the funds to pay for the stay; it was the lack of clear information and communication, which resulted in an unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming check-in. If the hotel had simply answered my message beforehand and explained how the payment would actually work, this entire situation could have been avoided.
Everything was great. I had a lovely time. The location is perfect, I had a room on a beautiful courtyard with lovely greenery, and I slept well. Very clean and recently renovated. Would definitely stay here again.
Хороший отель, но заселили на 40 минут позже, пришлось сидеть с дороги уставшими в ожидании номера, номера хорошие , чистые, при выселении пришли на завтрак в 7:00, и завтрак в отеле еще до конца не накрыт, нас ожидало такси в аэропорт, поэтому пришлось перекусить чем было, без кофе и горячей еды .

夜间一名黑人保安态度极差，因不小心出门没带钥匙，请他帮忙再做一张卡一脸的不耐烦，居然叫我自己敲门，呵呵！房间里没人他居然让我敲门，无语！
Absolutely worth every penny! The rooms are small, but very comfortable and doable for 2 people!! Loved it and would come here again.
Also: After the breakfast, the Host offers leftovers for free :)

We wanted a small hotel close to the Eiffel Tower and Hotel Relais Bosquet was wonderful. It is an older hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. We were very glad that we got the breakfast included because we were up and out early and many places weren't open yet and we needed to meet up with tours at an early time. The food was simple but good. I would highly recommend this hotel.
