Le personnel est très gentil. La grandeur de la chambre est correcte.

Cons:

L’insonorisation est épouvantable. Nous avons eu des voisins qui parlaient fort, des enfants qui chahutaient et ce pendant la nuit pendant nos 3 nuits. Une seule bouteille d’eau pour 3 jours.

Location is perfect!!! This is now my go to hotel every time I am in Paris.
Pros:

Very clean, tastefully decorated rooms and lobby, beautiful modern bathroom, balcony overlooking the street, air conditioning and great customer service. They arranged a sofa bed for my son without being asked. The location was everything advertised and more. Eiffel Tower, champs de Elysee, restaurants and shops all within walking distance.

Cons:

Nothing. I read a lot of reviews about street noise and poor sound proofing before I booked, but I did NOT experience that at all.

تسجيل الدخول كان متأخر و لايتجاوبون مع الضيوف بسبب ان وصولي للفندق الساعه 10 صباحاً ولم يتم تسجيل الدخول الا الساعه 2 ظهرا علماً بانه تم تبليغهم مسبقاً و لم يبدي اي تعاطف معنا

Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι άριστο. Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική κοντά σε κεντρικά αξιοθέατα αλλά χωρίς φασαρία. Υπέροχα δωμάτια και πολύ άνετα μπάνια. Το πρωινό απίθανο με τοπικά εδέσματα. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και η Τζωρτζίνα στην reception καταπληκτική.

I would prefer to stay in this hotel next time I visit Paris
Pros:

Excellent location and staff were very helpful and pleasant. You can basically walk everywhere

Cons:

We rented 3 rooms, one of the rooms were extremely small for 2 people and had a funny smell. But when we told the reception, they were very helpful to make the change the next day

موقع الفندق مميز وقريب من شارع الشانز ومحطة مترو (فرانك روزفلت) ومحلات التسوق ويوجد سوبورماركت قريب وكذلك 3 مطاعم عربية ( العجمي و نورا والرمال )
موظفي الفندث مميزون جدا ومحترفون عند وصولي من أمستردام طلبت تخزين بعض الحقائب لذهابي الى مدينة أنسي وقد رحبوا بكل سرور انا اعتبره من افضل فنادق ال 4 نجوم في باريس لقد سررت أنا وعائلتي بالاقامة في هذا الفندق شكرا
