They are very unhelpful. My booking got cancelled got no help from to accommodate me and left me stranded on the street at midnight. Only thing the staff could was in a sarcastic way go try other hotels down the street. This place is not worth his 4 stars.

El personal era muy amable

Cons:

Pagando una suite Junior a 550€ la noche, la limpieza dejaba que desear, y sobretodo había un ruido constante las 24 horas debido a un extractor que estaba justo en la habitación. El personal dijo que no podía hacer nada al respecto.
Y, sobretodo, ordenamos tres cenas del restaurante en la habitación, ya que viajamos con un niño de 3 años. El aspecto de la comida era deplorable, pero el sabor mucho peor, y la pasta estaba en mal estado. No había nadie en cocina, así que claramente esto fue sacado de un tupper en la nevera y calentado en el microondas. Dejamos los tres platos fuera sin tocar, nos quejamos al día siguiente de que estaba el mal estado, dijeron “lo siento”, pero lo cobraron en su integridad. Es un hotel al que no volveremos jamás.
El desayuno es muy pobre y sobretodo son calidad, además.
