Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable better than expected.
The one stand out was the front of house staff, Yulia on reception and the porters couldn’t do enough and a credit to the managers.

The only downsides were that the breakfast is disproportionately expensive for what it offers, and the towels could be of better quality. These are relatively minor issues, but improving them would make the overall experience even better.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—right next to the metro station and just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, making it incredibly easy to get around the city or explore on foot.
The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. The combination of comfort, convenience, and location made our stay truly enjoyable.

I booked a suite, but the extra bed was very small, as was the main bed.
It was not a good experience at all; the hotel was very far from the Champs-Élysées, the rooms were small, and the air conditioning didn't cool the room at all.

We’re still here with two nights to go. Ideal location for the Arc de Triomphe. Close to good food, shops and travel links.
Very quiet hotel, excellent rooms, superb breakfasts and an extremely friendly staff. These have to be some of the friendliest staff we have encountered on our travels. If we were to return to Paris, I’d definitely stay here again.

The property is very well maintained. They have water and a complimentary coffee machine in the room; the staff is friendly and attentive to all our needs, and the location is very convenient, close to Champs-Élysées
