00:12 02.03.2026 reception man is the impolite man that I ever see in any hotel, 15 minutes ago I enter hotel with my wife and 3 kids and ask for water he tell no have water, I go room call to bring water same man answer that rooms service is closed no have water call uber eats and drop off phone on my face,but yesterday 03:00 I go down same reception other man who standing here give me water. This is not good for your hotel this man is not like gentleman he saw that I come with 3 kids, if you not have water arround 23:00 in the night what will drink this impolite man till morning???? I came down asking water one more time he even not watch on my side. Really poor service

I have stayed here twice before and I will stay again in the near future
Pros:

Staff were amazing! We travelled with our 1 year old and any encounter we had with staff they were so friendly and welcoming. This included the cleaners , waiters, reception etc!

Cons:

Our room was small, especially with a cot bed included in the room. Bathroom was small too. I stayed before in a bigger room which was more comfortable. Overall room would have been perfect for 2 people.
