Pros:

Beautiful room with a Juliet balcony - beds were comfortable- shower was ok - hot water took forever - lots of restaurants around - very walkable - continental breakfast was nothing special - basically a croissant and a piece of cheese with yogurt and applesauce - air conditioning in the room was impossible to figure out - old style room key where you had to leave the key with the option every time you left the hotel - weird but no biggie - undecided if i would stay here again - probably not

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It was near a few metro stations which made it easy to get to all destinations. The room had plenty of space. The breakfast was good, but pretty basic. My only frustration was that I had asked the night manager to set aside some breakfast items for me to take my first morning since I needed to leave the hotel before 6:00 am for a bus tour. When I came downstairs to leave, he acted like he didn’t remember and I had to leave without any food to make it to my tour.

Property is in a nice location that’s near dinning and shopping. Short walk to many places of interest and to the metro. The showers could have been bigger but I was just happy to have a private bathroom.

Great little boutique hotel. Right next door to the Le Madeline. Convenient to Metro. Tasty Continental breakfast. Staff was excellent. Ask anything and they were on it. Directions; where to go shopping ; how to use the Metro etc. Need a kettle in your room ? Just ask. Will return next trip to Paris !
