No Electricity More Often Than Not
Pros:

Rooms were nice, water pressure was really good, air conditioning worked well.

Cons:

The power went out 2/4 nights we stayed here for 6+ hours at a time, leaving us unable to charge phones, turn on the lights (and ended up showering in the dark on multiple occasions), and left us sleeping without air conditioning during a Paris heat wave. Staff would say “it’s the whole block nothing we can do”, meanwhile the nightclub next door and every bar on the street would be doing just fine. Would not stay here again.

Budget and chic accommodation in super central Paris.
Pros:

The establishment in terms of aesthetics is awesome. Nicely set up, very warm welcome and generally clean and tidy. Pleasantly surprised by the Diptique shower gels and shampooing, as well as the amenities. Also, reasonably priced for a Roland Garros week, and could not say anything for the location, it’s simply great. The Champs Elysees are literally next door, and the neighbourhood is just awesome with many options.

Cons:

Well apparently that was an older hotel that was renovated. The rooms are Parisian, that means small-space is expensive here- and that comes with darkness. You won’t enjoy much sunlight and the decoration does not help with that. In more practical issues, we had a false fire alarm at 06.00 (that does not help when travelling with a 1.5 yo) and a major electricity failure (the whole neighbourhood, not just the hotel) for several hours. It was the first time I’ve tried a “budget” Parisian hotel and I’m not sure I would do that again.

Καθαρο δωματιο,ευγενικο προσωπικο.

Cons:

Πολυ παλιό κτίριο,παλια επιπλα στην υποδοχη,χωρις γκρουμ για βοηθεια με τις βαλιτσες..πολυ μικρο αςανσερ..το χειρότερο ολων ηταν η φασαρια απο τον δρομο και τα εστιατόρια οταν κοσμος καπνιζε και επινε εξω ατο πεζοδρομιο με αποτελεσμα να ακουγεται η φασαρια ατο δωματιο..παλια κουφωματα.

Très bon hôtel avec une situation idéale
Pros:

Hôtel de charme parisien, décoration agréable, immeuble d'époque. La situation géographique était parfaite et la rue très animée pleine de petits restaurants. Les produits Diptyque dans la salle de bain sont un plus.

Cons:

L'isolation semble bonne mais on entend assez les bruits du couloir
