Pros:

I've stayed here previously, quiet room, ok breakfast. A colleague had to change rooms due to unacceptable burn mark on a bed. When going out for an early morning run I was asked repeatedly for my room number. I assured the staff I was a guest of the hotel, and that I had my room key as another staff member held up a room card rudely asking me for my room number again and again. Finally they noted it was in case something happened to me. Serious lack of respect and courtesy despite best intentions.

A lovely characterful hotel in a brilliant location with friendly and helpful staff.

The location is brilliant for exploring the sights and for restaurants and the staff were all friendly and helpful, The hotel has character and the public area is attractive with a lovely photo exhibition on the walls. Good storage space in the room

Cons:

A difficult one as we like older characterful hotels but some aspects of our room were a bit shabby. There were several water marks on the cupboard which could be avoided by a bigger tray and a better kettle. The lighting was potentially excellent but one of the bedside lights kept cutting out.

La ubicación es excelente, la amabilidad del personal está muy bien

Cons:

El desayuno incluido es muy pobre y sin proteina, si la quieres, debes pagar adicional más del 50% de lo que cuesta el desayuno, y aun así es de poca variedad.

Amazing New Year's Eve stay in Paris
Pros:

Location was great. Close to Opera and Metro and Bus. Very nice restaurants and bars close by. Easy to reach all major tourist highlights, like the Eiffel Tower.

Oda çok küçük, fotoğraflarla uyumsuzdu. Banyo küçük ve eski idi. Otelin her yeri eski idi. Halılar çok eski ve asansörün yanında temizlik malzemeleri, elektrikli süpürge vardı. >Sanki 50 yıl öncesine gitmiş gibi hissettim.

Buona la zona e posizione tattica
Pros:

Posizione ottimale tra due fermate tattiche della metro (Madeleine e Saint Augustin) oltre alla Gare de Saint Lazare dove si può prendere un treno diretto x Versailles

Cons:

Colazione compresa dove veniva offerto spremuta di arancia, bevanda calda, croissant o pan au chocolate e trancio di baguette, nulla’altro. Struttura rinnovata, ma a pezzi… la camera non male ma il corridoio era in condizioni pessime con moquette vecchia e scura.. opprimente.
