I really appreciated staff! -- friendly and helpful; generally a well appointed room; the eco-friendly efforts in the hotel; the location was great

Bien placé pour nos démarches, personnel très sympa, jolies chambres bien agencées.
Pros:

Très bien. L’hôtel vient d’être rénové et il y a encore 2-3 choses en cours. Mais les chambres sont top. C’est bien placé. Et merci à la personne à l’accueil très sympa qui malgré l’heure tardive nous a laissé manger dans la salle et nous a donné des couverts. Franchement bien. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, en una zona muy bonita y conveniente. A pocos minutos caminando hay excelentes restaurantes, estaciones de metro y muchos lugares de interés, por lo que todo resulta muy accesible.

La habitación fue, sin duda, una de las mejores cosas de mi estancia. Las dos primeras noches me alojé en una parte del hotel que tenía un estilo un poco más antiguo, aunque seguía siendo bonita y agradable. Como decidí quedarme una noche más, me trasladaron a otro edificio del hotel, mucho más moderno, y realmente me encantó. La habitación y el estilo de este nuevo edificio superaron mis expectativas.

También quiero destacar la amabilidad y atención del personal. En general, tuve una experiencia muy agradable y definitivamente volvería a alojarme aquí.

Cons:

Lo único que considero que podría mejorarse es el área de recepción. El hotel es muy bonito y tiene habitaciones excelentes, especialmente el edificio más moderno, pero la recepción y, sobre todo, el área donde se come, no reflejan completamente la calidad y belleza del resto del hotel.

Creo que con una pequeña renovación o actualización de esta zona, la primera impresión al llegar sería mucho más acorde con el nivel del alojamiento.

Pros:

ottima posizione, giusto a 5 minuti dagli champs elysées e dall'opera. Struttura confortevole, camere con elementi di design. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Nella mia stanza non c'erano le tende coprenti, nè le tapparelle, quindi ho avuto luce sin dal mattino presto. Il mio collega nella sua stanza non ha trovato la maniera di spegnere tutte le luci (erano un po' controintuitivi gli interruttori).

Chambre très correcte et propre

Cons:

Si nous avons été bien accueillis par la personne à l'accueil lors de notre arrivée, un autre membre du personnel n'est pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 4*. Avec une autre cliente, vers 23h, nous avons trouvé porte close durant 1/4 h car ce monsieur avait une autre occupation ailleurs. Lors du petit déjeuner, très médiocre au regard du prix, cette même personne se plaignait du non versement d'une prime auprès de sa collègue. À t-on besoin d'assister à ce règlement de compte ? Est-il normal qu'il se serve du jus de fruits destiné aux clients ?
